Mower with manual lifting mechanism for wing deck

A mower with one or more wing decks that includes one or more manual lifting mechanisms for the one or more wing decks. The manual lifting mechanism may shift between retracted and extended positions, where in the extended position a handle can be positioned further away from the wing deck. When the handle is in the extended position, a user can manually engage the handle and lift the wing deck from a lowered configuration to a raised configuration, using less force than would be required if the handle was in the retracted configuration.

Folding implement with tractor assist

A towed implement, such as a cultivator is configured between an unfolded operational position and a folded transport position in which wing sections are pivoted about a vertical axis into a forward direction where they are alongside a telescoping tool bar. Sensors on the cultivator send signals initiating the folding/unfolding sequence to send commands through the implement controller to a tractor controller having a ISOBUS class 3 configuration. The tractor is commanded to forward and rearward movement in synchronism with the folding/unfolding process to steer wing supporting wheel assemblies toward the correct position for the intended transport direction.

A hitch assembly for a working vehicle, the front hitch assembly includes a carrier for attachment to a working vehicle, the carrier being pivotable about a first axis; a pair of lift arms each of the lift arms having a first end and a second end, the lift arms pivotably attached to the carrier about a second axis, the second axis being proximate the first ends of the lift arms; a link member having a first end and a second end, the first end of the link member being pivotably attached to the pair of lift arms about a third axis, the third axis being positioned closer to the second end of the lift arms than the second axis, the second end of the link for attachment to a working vehicle; a locking means; an actuator pivotably connected to the carrier and the lift arms at the second axis; wherein the hitch assembly has a working configuration and a folded configuration; and wherein in the working configuration, the locking means secures the lift arms relative to the carrier such that relative movement about the second axis is prevented and the actuator is operable to raise and lower the lift arms; and wherein in the folded configuration, the lift arms are pivotable relative to the carrier about the second axis, and the second end of the link member is secured to a vehicle mount, such that extension of the actuator folds the lift arms relative to the carrier about the second axis, thereby moving the hitch assembly from the working configuration to the folded configuration.

Agricultural tillage implement fold sequence control

An agricultural tillage implement with a hydraulic system having a left wing hydraulic subsystem with an outer left wing hydraulic circuit supplying hydraulic pressure and flow to an actuator for actuating an actuator of an outer left wing folding implement section, and a right wing hydraulic subsystem having an outer right wing hydraulic circuit for actuating the actuator of an outer right wing implement section; the hydraulic system additionally having a hydraulic flow divider dividing hydraulic flow and pressure between the outer left wing hydraulic circuit and the outer right wing hydraulic circuit, the hydraulic flow divider being configured to coordinate the motion of the outer left wing section and the outer right wing section.

Tillage implement with sectional down force control

An agricultural tillage implement including a main frame section having a pull hitch tube extending in a travel direction and a plurality of pivotally coupled wing sections coupled with the main frame section. Each of the plurality of wing sections has at least one pivotal sub-frame. A hydraulic actuator is connected between the wing frame and the sub-frame to urge the sub-frame between an operating position and an elevated transport position. An actuator controller is configured to apply a predetermined force of the sub-frame towards the ground independently of other sub-frames so as to provide a more uniform tillage of the ground.

Implement with foldable toolbar system

An agricultural implement includes a frame having a longitudinal axis and laterally opposed sides and motive supports mounted to and supporting the frame. The agricultural implement further includes a first wing carried by the frame and at least one second wing, in which each second wing is pivotably connected to the first wing. The agricultural implement also includes an elevator mechanism configured to raise and lower the first wing and the second wing. Each second wing is connected to the first wing by a wing pivot assembly that includes a skewed hinge pivotably connecting one of the second wings to the first wing. The wing pivot assembly allows each second wing to pivot with respect to the first wing between an operating position and a transport position, in which the skewed hinge defines a first pivot axis oriented at an acute angle with respect to the longitudinal axis.

Frame suspension for rotary rakes and tedders

A suspension mechanism for a rotary rake implement incorporates elastomeric shock absorbing members in the corners of a tubular member situated in between the corners of a square rod formed as part of the wheel assembly and received within the tubular member such that the corners of the square rod assert a pre-load spring force on the tubular member when the implement is in an extended operating configuration. The movement of the implement into a folded transport configuration with the weight of the implement supported on the transport wheel assemblies causes a deflection of the square rod that compresses the elastomeric shock absorbing members within the corners of the tubular member to provide maximum suspension for the implement when in transport, while providing minimum suspension when the implement is in operation. An end cap on the square rod engages a stop formed on the tubular member to control rotation.

HARVESTING HEADER FOR A GRAIN HARVESTING MACHINE

A harvesting header for a combine harvester comprises a central header section and two lateral header sections hinged to and arranged to rotate relative to the central section for assuming a working configuration, in which the three header sections are mutually horizontally aligned, and a transport configuration, in which the lateral header sections overlap the central section. The header sections are provided with a support frame and a cutting bar associated with the support frame by a hydraulic suspension and comprising a blade having substantially trapezoid-shaped knives capable of to-and-fro movement by a motor-driven control member. The header sections also include a pick-up reel supported on the support frame by means of swivel arms, a transport belt conveyor arranged downstream of the cutting bar and configured to feed the material cut by the cutting bar downstream of the harvesting header toward a rear part of the harvesting header.

Agricultural device for processing soil with two sets of working rollers
11963470 · 2024-04-23 · ·

An agricultural device for soil processing with two sets of working rollers comprises a supporting frame, which comprises a central part, a left wing and a right wing. The left and right wings are rotatably attached to the central part. At least two rows of working units are attached to the supporting frame. The working units are arranged in regular distances in every row. A left set of rollers is attached to the left wing and a right set of rollers is attached to the right wing. The sets of rollers are divided into front rollers and rear rollers and provided with attachments and discs. The discs on the sets are located between these attachments. The number of discs of rear rollers differs exactly by one disc from the number of discs of front rollers. The distances between individual discs are the same along the whole width of the agricultural device. The discs of front rollers are located in the same plane as the working units.
