The invention provides an autoclave capable of creating a uniform temperature distribution inside a pressurized chamber and a method for manufacturing tires using the autoclave. The autoclave shaped as a cylindrical pressurized chamber has a heat source and a fan disposed on one end side thereof and ducts extending lengthwise on the inner peripheral wall surface thereof to discharge air blown by the fan to the other end side thereof. And the air outlets of the ducts are so designed as to discharge the air blown by the fan in a circumferential direction of the pressurized chamber.

An air flow controller includes: a box-shaped body cover that is disposed above and/or below a film running surface to be adjacent to an upstream side of an entrance of a tenter oven in a film running direction and/or a downstream side of an exit of the tenter oven in the film running direction, the box-shaped body cover extending in the film running direction and having a surface facing the film running surface and being open. The box-shaped body cover includes at least one partition structural body in the box-shaped body cover, the partition structural body extending in a width direction of the film and separating inside of the box-shaped body cover into a plurality of chambers, and each of at least two of the chambers is provided with an air discharge mechanism configured to discharge air in a corresponding chamber.

The present invention provides a method for treating a polymer workpiece (1) for use in a joint implant. It comprises the steps of placing the polymer workpiece in an explosion chamber, introducing a combustible gas mixture into the explosion chamber and igniting the combustible gas mixture. Igniting the gas mixture in the explosion chamber produces a temperature that lies above the melting point of a polymer of the polymer workpiece.

Disclosed here is an autoclave system for curing a part. The autoclave includes a gas recirculation system, at least partially external to a vessel pf the autoclave system and fluidly coupleable to the vessel such that gas contained in the vessel is delivered to the gas recirculation system, passed through the gas recirculation system, and recirculated back into the vessel. The autoclave system also comprises at least one mold core, located within the vessel. The mold core comprises a conduit extending through the mold core and the mold core is configured to define a shape of the part. The gas delivered to the gas recirculation system from the vessel is gas received directly from the conduit of the mold core.

A treatment machine for flexible material webs which can be passed through treatment furnaces is disclosed having at least two successive zones in an extraction direction (A) of the material web, a zone separation device in relation to the extraction direction (A) of the flexible material web. The zone separating device includes at least one air partitioning device (AC) having an injection device (AC-E) which extends transversely to the material web and is designed such that a gaseous fluid flow (S) extending up to the flexible material web is generated above it. The injection device (AC-E) is also designed such that the gaseous fluid flow exiting from the injection device (AC-E) impinges obliquely in the direction of the flexible material web and thus on the material web plane (E) formed by the material web at a blowing angle (α).

The present invention refers to co-extrusion of one or more polyolefins with one or more adhesive layers to improve the adhesiveness of the polyolefins in metal, epoxy resin, glass, ceramics, paper, wood, thermoplastic resin, fabric, non-woven fabric, varnishes and formica. More specifically, the present invention refers to a method of co-extruding at least one polyolefin with an adhesive layer, thereby enhancing the adhesion properties of the polyolefin, particularly in polyurethane foams such that a polar surface is imparted to the obtained adhesived polyolefin.
