To efficiently feed a molten resin to the resin holders. An intermittently feeding device works to intermittently feed a transfer unit equipped with resin holders, and has a cam supported by a motor via a support. The cam is rotated by the motor. A cam follower of a moving block meshes with the screw of the cam, and the moving block moves along a support rail accompanying the turn of the cam. The motor rotates at a constant speed, and the transfer unit 3 is fed intermittently depending on the shapes of the cam and of the cam follower.

An apparatus includes one or more die groups which are movable independently of one another, each including a female part having a matrix cavity and a male part destined to penetrate into the cavity such as to define a forming chamber of the product, the cavity configured to contain a batch of material. The apparatus further includes a heating station having a heater to bring the plastic material to the fluid state, and a die group cooling station downstream of the heating station. The die groups are free to be cyclically inserted in the heating station and subsequently transferred to the cooling station. A thrust group is associated to a respective die group and is configured to provide a thrust for penetrating the male part into the cavity during the stage of forming the product, the thrust group being integral with the respective die-group in displacements during the operations performed.

The apparatus includes a feeding part supplying a positive electrode material in a powder state to an upper surface of a mold conveyed by conveying means, a flattening part flattening the positive electrode material in a powder state supplied to the upper surface of the mold, a forming part applying pressure from an upper direction to the positive electrode material that has passed through the flattening part; and a conveying part comprising the conveying means sequentially conveying the mold to the feeding part, the flattening part, and the forming part.
MOLDING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Embodiments are directed to a compression molding apparatus. The compression molding apparatus may include a female mold, a heated male mold, and a cooled male mold. The female mold may carry ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMW) material. The heated male mold may compress the UHMW material in the female mold during a first time period. The cooled male mold may compress the UHMW material in the female mold during a second time period.

A fiber block molding apparatus comprising: a mold having a lower part and an upper part forming between them a cavity for forming a fiber blank into a fiber block article upon closing the mold; a conveyor system for receiving the fiber blank to be molded at a receiving position, transporting the fiber blank via a heater for activation of a binding agent, and delivering the heated fiber blank into the lower part of the mold at a delivery end of the conveyor system, and a horizontal position shifting arrangement for shifting the horizontal position of the delivery end of the conveyor system relative to the lower part of the mold between a first and a second position to lay the fiber blank on the lower part of the mold.
