METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPONENT AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPONENT
A composite material component manufacturing method includes a molding step of applying, by a pressing device, heat and pressure to a prepreg to mold the prepreg, and a transfer step of transferring the prepreg. The transfer step includes moving the prepreg together with the pressing device in a state in which a pressing force is applied to the prepreg by the pressing device.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPONENT AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPONENT
A composite material component manufacturing method including a first thermoforming step for creating a first three-dimensional prepreg sheet by thermoforming a thermoplastic first prepreg sheet into a three dimensional shape, a laminate body creating step for creating a prepreg sheet laminate body by layering the first three-dimensional prepreg sheet and a second prepreg sheet; and a laminate body molding step for molding the prepreg sheet laminate body by applying heat and a pressing force to the prepreg sheet laminate body with a pressing device.

Forming apparatus
A method of forming a material includes presenting a formable material to a space between opposing forming surfaces of opposed forming tools from whence said material is carried as said opposing forming surfaces advance in a machine direction. The method includes pressurising, as said opposing forming surfaces advance, said material between said opposing forming surfaces in a reduced space between said opposing forming surfaces defining at least in part a pressure forming zone, said reduced space between said opposing forming surfaces being maintained constant until a form of at least one of said opposing forming surfaces is profiled into said material and is retainable thereon. The method also includes releasing the profiled material from between the said opposing forming surfaces, as the space of the pressure forming zone increases between said opposing forming surfaces as the opposing forming surfaces advance.

COMPRESSION-MOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
A compression-molding system in which upon a start of a molding machine being stopped, a powdery-material feeding device preliminarily supplies a filling device with a predetermined amount of a powdery material while stopping a relative displacement of the filling device and a compression by an upper punch and a lower punch, and the molding machine is subsequently started to cause the relative displacement of the filling device and the compression by the upper punch and the lower punch.

SYSTEM WITH PLUG ASSEMBLY FOR CONTINUOUS MOLDING AND CURING OF TIRE TREAD
A system for the continuous extrusion, molding, and curing of tread for tires. An elongated strip of rubber material can be molded and cured shortly after extrusion such that the material retains much of the heat energy of extrusion and does not have to be stored. A plurality of discrete mold assemblies are conveyed adjacent to each other. As the mold assemblies are advanced sequentially, the uncured and unmolded strip of rubber material are extruded and positioned onto the mold assemblies. While the rubber strip advances, individual portions are sequentially molded and cured by passing through a mold press and then a curing press. A plug assembly is used to prevent the backflow of rubber material during the molding and curing.
Filling unit and method for filling cavities in a tablet press with a feedstock to be pressed and module for producing tablets
A filling unit for filling cavities in a tablet press with a feedstock to be pressed, particularly a powder, having a filling assembly including a fill chamber. The fill chamber is arranged in the installed condition between a die table containing the cavities and a punch support including at least one punch. The fill chamber has at least one inlet opening for filling the fill chamber with raw material and at least one outlet opening for filling the cavities of the tablet press with feedstock to be pressed. The filling chamber has at least one mixer for mixing the raw materials of the feedstock to be pressed arranged at least partially in the fill chamber and at least one delivery unit for filling the cavities of the tablet press with feedstock to be pressed.
