THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SHEET
A thermally conductive sheet including: an acrylic polymer; a high-soda alumina in an amount of 70 to 75% by volume; and a magnesium hydroxide having a particle size smaller than a particle size of the high-soda alumina in an amount of 2.7 to 5.3% by volume, the magnesium hydroxide is coated with a higher fatty acid. The thermally conductive sheet has a compressive force required in a deformation with a compressibility of 20% or less of 200 N or less, and has a thermal resistance of 0.45C./W or less.

FORMING APPARATUS
A method of forming a material includes presenting a formable material to a space between opposing forming surfaces of opposed forming tools from whence said material is carried as said opposing forming surfaces advance in a machine direction. The method includes pressurising, as said opposing forming surfaces advance, said material between said opposing forming surfaces in a reduced space between said opposing forming surfaces defining at least in part a pressure forming zone, said reduced space between said opposing forming surfaces being maintained constant until a form of at least one of said opposing forming surfaces is profiled into said material and is retainable thereon. The method also includes releasing the profiled material from between the said opposing forming surfaces, as the space of the pressure forming zone increases between said opposing forming surfaces as the opposing forming surfaces advance.

IMPRINT APPARATUS, IMPRINT METHOD, ARTICLE MANUFACTURING METHOD, MOLDING APPARATUS, AND MOLDING METHOD
An apparatus forms a pattern of an imprint material by curing the imprint material in a state in which the imprint material on a pattern formation region of a member, where a pattern is to be formed, is in contact with a pattern region of a mold. The apparatus includes a dispenser for placing the imprint material on the pattern formation region of the member and a non-pattern formation region of the member, outside the pattern formation region, a detector for detecting the non-pattern formation region in a state in which the imprint material has been placed on the pattern formation region and the non-pattern formation region by the dispenser, and a controller for performing processing for determining an abnormality in the dispenser based on a detection result of the non-pattern formation region by the detector.
Method for manufacturing an insulating bar
A method for manufacturing insulating bars made from a thermoplastic material, comprising: producing a band-shaped extrudate having a substantially rectangular cross-section from the thermoplastic material; producing an individual insulating bar or a plurality of insulating bars from the band-shaped extrudate in the longitudinal direction thereof; and severing the insulating bar or bars arrangement in the longitudinal direction thereof to provide separated insulating bars.
IMPRINT APPARATUS, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ARTICLE, INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, METHOD OF SUPPORTING MAP EDITING, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
The present invention provides an imprint apparatus which forms a pattern of an imprint material onto a substrate by using a mold, the apparatus including a control unit configured to provide a user interface for displaying a first map indicating a supply position of the imprint material to be supplied onto the substrate, an adjustment window for adjusting a value of an apparatus parameter which is set in the imprint apparatus and used to change a supply position of the imprint material, and a second map indicating a supply position of the imprint material after adjustment of the value of the apparatus parameter.
