Golf club head having multi-material face and method of manufacture
A golf club with a multi-material face is disclosed herein. More specifically, the golf club head in accordance with the present invention has a multi-material striking face portion that is made out of a backing layer having a frontal pocket, made out of titanium, and an insert, made out of a composite material, adapted to be inserted into the frontal pocket. The frontal pocket and the insert could have complementary dovetail shaped undercut features to create a mechanical bond between these two components.
APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING PIPE FOR COWL CROSSBAR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PIPE FOR COWL CROSSBAR USING THE SAME
An apparatus for manufacturing a pipe for a cowl crossbar, which is disposed inside a vehicle body in a lateral direction. The apparatus includes a first extruder to receive a pipe material made of polypropylene (PP) and to extrude the pipe material made of PP; a second extruder to receive the pipe material made of PP extruded from the first extruder and a pipe material made of long glass fiber (LGF), and to extrude a pipe material made of PP and LGF; a first compression molding machine to compress the pipe material made of PP and LGF extruded from the second extruder and to form a first pipe semi-finished product; and a second compression molding machine to compress the pipe material made of PP and LGF extruded from the second extruder and to form a second pipe semi-finished product.

GOLF CLUB HEAD HAVING MULTI-MATERIAL FACE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A golf club with a multi-material face is disclosed herein. More specifically, the golf club head in accordance with the present invention has a striking face portion that is backed by a composite layer. The multi-material face disclosed in accordance with the present invention may generally be manufactured via a bladder molding process that applies hydrostatic forces to the composite layer to create a more consistent bond between the composite material and the metallic material.
Tubular structure and a method of manufacturing thereof
Methods and structures are disclosed. An example method includes: rotating a tubular mandrel about a longitudinal axis of the tubular mandrel; depositing a composite material on an inner surface of the tubular mandrel to form a composite tubular member on the inner surface of the tubular mandrel; inserting and expanding an inner expandable mandrel within the composite tubular member to cause the inner expandable mandrel to press the composite tubular member against the inner surface of the tubular mandrel; curing the composite tubular member; removing the inner expandable mandrel; placing a frame within the composite tubular member; and removing the tubular mandrel so as to obtain the composite tubular member with the frame placed therein.

Deicing device and method of manufacture
An ice melting device formed into an impact dispersion projectile for melting ice. The projectile being formed of salt and other ice melting chemicals. The ice melting compound is mixed, placed into a jig, dipped into a combination of liquid detergent and water then drained, compressed, heated, and then cooled. The projectile may then be removed from the jig and packaged. The projectile may be thrown by an individual onto an ice coated surface where the projectile upon impact will disintegrate and disperse the ice melting salt and ice melting chemicals onto the ice coated surface initiating the melting of the ice.
