PET REWARD DEVICE WITH MODULAR ACCESSORY STORAGE
Pet reward devices with modular accessory storage may generally include handheld devices which dispense rewards and also store any of a variety of modular accessories. Example rewards may include licks of a reward formulation, e.g. a reward formulation that may be manually advanced through the pet reward device by the pet owner in order to expose more surface area thereof. Example modular accessories include noisemakers which may be useful for pet training, as well as other useful accessories such as whistles, flashlights, etc.
Pet memory and agility exercise board game
The invention is a novel multi-layered pet memory and agility exercise board game which challenges a pet's memory and agility to solve the game by manipulating parts to retrieve treats or kibble inserted within a plurality of tracks which may be covered by flaps or blocks, and wherein the grooved tracks contain compartments for treats to be concealed within the board game base.
FEED-SAVING METHOD AND APPARATUS
In some embodiments, a livestock-feeding apparatus includes an upper frame, a lower frame; and a netting that connects the upper frame and the lower frame together such that the livestock-feeding apparatus has a three-dimensional geometric shape. In some embodiments, a livestock-feeding apparatus includes a clam-shell frame, wherein the clam-shell frame is configured to provide an open position for the apparatus and a closed position for the apparatus, and a netting attached to the clam-shell frame such that the netting is folded upon itself to form a bag that hangs from the clam-shell frame. In some embodiments, a method of feeding livestock includes providing an upper frame and a lower frame, connecting the upper frame to the lower frame with a netting to form a three-dimensional geometric shape, and containing a collection of animal feed within the three-dimensional geometric shape.

TREAT DISPENSING DEVICE
Treat dispensing devices are presented including: a base, where the base includes a bowl portion and a compartment portion, where the compartment portion is positioned under the bowl portion; a dome-shaped covering removably coupled along a top edge of the bowl portion, where the dome-shaped covering includes a dome surface having at least one opening along the dome surface; a pair of drive wheels connected by a crankshaft; a dispensing mechanism actuated by rotation of the crankshaft; and a pair of stabilizing wheels. In some embodiments, the bowl portion includes: a central recessed portion; and a bottom surface surrounding the central recessed portion and sloped toward the central recessed portion.
Animal nutrition system and method
An animal nutrition system and method for effectively monitoring and managing animal nutrition. The animal nutrition system and method generally includes a food container storing a volume of pet food, a package identification chip attached to the food container, a food serving appliance configured to removably receive the food container, and a scale positioned within the food serving appliance to weigh the food container periodically to generate weight data. The food serving appliance includes a chip reader that communicates with the package identification chip to receive food container data from the package identification chip to acquire data related to the food package.
Selective access system for a feeder
A selective access system, and methods of making and using such a system, whereby the selective access system includes a container having an interior space defined by a side wall disposed between opposing top and bottom walls; an opening disposed within the side wall, the opening communicating with the interior space; and a cover slidably engaged with the container, the cover configured to slide upward and downward between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the cover overlays the opening; in the second position, the cover disposes away from at least a portion of the opening to permit access to the interior space. The selective access system can further include an electrical conductor coupled to the container, whereby the electrical conductor can deliver a nonlethal electrical shock to an animal which comes into contact therewith to deter the animal from the selective access system.

A fun pet feeder, comprising a shell, a cavity for housing food provided in an upper part of the shell, a food sliding area in a lower part of the shell, a leaky channel capable of being opened and closed between the cavity and the food sliding area, a elastic part in the cavity, a feedstuff outlet provided in a lower part of the cavity, with a lower end of the elastic part resting in the feedstuff outlet, and feedstuff outlet dents provided on the lower end of the elastic part; when the elastic part remains in an initial position, the feedstuff outlet dents are above the feedstuff outlet, the food cannot reach the food sliding area and when the elastic part is pressed and goes downward, the feedstuff outlet dents enter the feedstuff outlet and the feedstuff enters the food sliding area.
Device and method for dispensing product from a flexible package
Dispensing devices and methods are provided. A dispensing device comprises an opening accessing an insertion path thereof, two opposing surfaces configured to compress a flexible package inserted into the insertion path while moving across the flexible package in two directions, and an opener configured to bend an opening region of the package out of a plane defined by the flexible package and further configured to cut a distal portion of an opening region of the flexible package. A method of dispensing product from a flexible package is also provided.
