A bowl is coupled to and extends upwardly from the disk and animal feed can be positioned in the bowl. The bowl is centrally positioned on the disk such that the disk defines a moat surrounding the bowl. In this way the moat inhibit insects from accessing the bowl when the moat is filled with a fluid. A spout is integrated into the bowl and the spout is directed toward the moat defined by the bowl and the disk. In this way the fluid can be poured into the spout for filling the moat.

The second component may include an inner surface configured to engage along the outer side surface, such that a first portion of the inner surface extends above the top surface by a first amount and defines the sides of the enclosure.

The application discloses a pet food dispensing device with adjustable feeding speed, comprising a base and a food storage part, wherein the food storage part is arranged above the base, and an adjustment rotating dish is also arranged between the base and the food storage part, the adjustment rotating dish is provided with a plurality of food dispensing holes with different sizes, and food dispensing channels are arranged on the base; by rotating the adjustment rotating dish, the food dispensing holes with different sizes can be aligned with the food dispensing channel or disconnected from the food dispensing channel according to the needs, which has the advantage of being able to adjust the feeding speed of pet food according to needs.
