TISSUE INTEGRATION DEVICES AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME

One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a tissue integration device. The tissue integration device can be produced by forming a polymer mixture into a shape. The polymer mixture can include a polymer resin and a growth-promoting medium. Next, at least one polymer forming the polymer resin can be oriented in at least one direction. The shaped polymeric material can then be formed into the tissue integration device.

CALENDER, AND FLOOR PRODUCTION LINE AND PRODUCTION METHOD
20200173108 · 2020-06-04 ·

The present application provides a calender, a floor production line and a production method using the calender, wherein the calender comprises a calendering roller rack and a set of calendering rollers arranged on the calendering roller rack. The set of calendering rollers comprises a plurality of calendering rollers arranged in a line and not vertically. The present application changes the arrangement of the calendering rollers. The calendering rollers are arranged in a line, not vertically. This arrangement reduces the overall height of the calender, decreases the requirements of the calender on the height of the factory building and facilitates long-distance transportation by containers. Using the calender to assemble the floor production line, the height space of the factory building occupied by the production line can be saved.

Conductive pre-impregnated composite sheet and method for making the same

A method for making a conductive pre-impregnated composite sheet includes the steps of joining a nanomaterial composite sheet, a fiber-reinforcing sheet and a resin system to form a combined sheet, heating the combined sheet, compacting the combined sheet, and cooling the combined sheet to form conductive pre-impregnated composite sheet including the fiber-reinforcing sheet, and the nanomaterial composite sheet coupled to the fiber-reinforcing sheet, wherein the fiber-reinforcing sheet and the nanomaterial composite sheet are embedded in the resin system.

Panel for forming a floor covering, method for manufacturing such panels and granulate applied herewith
10619357 · 2020-04-14 · ·

A method for manufacturing panels with at least a substrate and a top layer. The method having the steps of providing a granulate having thermoplastic material and having an average particle size of less than 1 millimeter, forming a substrate layer by strewing the granulate, consolidating the layer between the belts of a continuous press device, and providing the top layer on the substrate.

METHOD OF PRODUCING SECONDARY SHEET
20200101701 · 2020-04-02 · ·

Disclosed is a method of producing a secondary sheet. The method comprises shaping a composition containing a resin and a particulate carbon material with a content of the particulate carbon material being 50% by mass or less into a sheet by pressure application to provide a primary sheet having a tensile strength of 1.5 MPa or less; obtaining a laminate comprising two or more layers formed either by stacking a plurality of the primary sheets on top of each other or by folding or rolling the primary sheet; and slicing the laminate at an angle of 45 or less relative to the stacking direction to obtain a secondary sheet.
