Device and method of flattening recycled carbon fiber material
A device and a method of flattening recycled carbon fiber material are provided. A main body is provided with two flat plates at an upper and a lower positions corresponding to each other and an ultrasonic unit is disposed on each of the flat plates. While in use, recycled carbon fiber material is placed at the lower flat plate and then at least one ultrasonic probe of the ultrasonic unit is driven to work and vibrate the recycled carbon fiber material into a flat and thin state. After the flattened recycled carbon fiber material being pressurized to form products required, the product has flat and smooth surfaces with special textures. A thickness of the product can be controlled and the product can be thinned according to users' needs, without surface treatment such as grinding, polishing, etc. Thereby production cost is reduced and yield rate of the products is improved.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR IMPROVED ULTRASONIC FORMATION
Aspects disclosed herein relate to improvements regarding the formation of touch fasteners on nonwoven materials or other thermoplastic and non-thermoplastic materials employing ultrasonic formation technologies. Such improvements may be applied to rotary sonotrodes or blade sonotrodes. These improvements may include raised or recessed features in the functional surface of the sonotrode, methods and arrangements of pre-heating and/or cooling the functional surface of the sonotrode, varying or fixing the surface speed of the rotary sonotrode relative to a molding roller to form touch fasteners at desired spacing intervals, and the inclusion of supplementary material with the substrate. Various molding rollers are also disclosed.
Pouch-shaped battery case shaping apparatus using electromagnetic field and pouch-shaped battery case shaping method using the same
A shaping apparatus for a pouch-shaped battery case includes a punch configured to press a laminate sheet in order to shape an electrode assembly receiving portion of the pouch-shaped battery case, a die in which an accommodation portion is formed having a size corresponding to the electrode assembly receiving portion, a holder configured to fix an outer periphery of the laminate sheet, and an electromagnetic field-generating means attached to the punch and configured to generate an electromagnetic field. A pouch-shaped battery case shaping process uses the shaping apparatus to manufacture the pouch-shaped battery case.
