Compression molding die for I-shaped part
Provided is a compression molding die. The die can be used for compression molding an I-shaped part without the need for machining. The molding die comprises: an outer mold with an inner diameter of d; an upper pressing disc, a lower pressing disc and a huff mold with the same outer diameter of d and the same inner diameter of f; an upper mold; a lower mold; and a core mold with a diameter of h. The upper pressing disc, the huff mold and the lower pressing disc, which are movable vertically, are arranged in the outer mold in a vertically spaced manner; the vertically movable upper mold extends into the upper pressing disc, and the vertically movable lower mold extends into the lower pressing disc; the outer mold, the upper mold, the upper pressing disc, the huff mold, the lower pressing disc and the lower mold define a cavity.
Aircraft panel assembly
An aircraft panel assembly with a panel and a plurality of stiffeners on the panel is disclosed. Each stiffener has an attachment part attached to the panel and a structural part spaced apart from the panel. A rib foot beam crosses the stiffeners at a series of intersections. At each intersection the rib foot beam is located between the panel and the structural part of a respective one of the stiffeners.
HOLDING MEMBER AND RESIN MEMBER PRODUCING DEVICE
A holding member producing device is provided. A first inclined surface including inward as they separate from a bottom surface is formed on an outer side surface of an arm portion. For this reason, when a first die and a second die having an opening/closing direction which matches with a plate thickness direction of the bottom surface are opened, the locking projections can easily cross over steps by outwardly bending and deforming the arm portions. Therefore, it is possible to suppress damage, projection sizes of locking projections can be increased, and it becomes easy to hold a fuse.
PLASTIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL MOLDED STRUCTURE
An embodiment plastic composite material molded structure configured to be fastened to a correlated component by a fastening member is provided. The plastic composite material molded structure includes a molded main body including a composite material molding source molded into a predetermined shape by a press mold, a boss portion protruding from the molded main body, and an injection member made of a plastic material, the injection member being inserted and fixed in the boss portion by a mold pin and having an undercut disposed to be fastened to the fastening member.

STAMPING TOOL WITH MULTIPLE MOVEMENTS
The invention relates to a tooling for stamping a composite blank with a thermoplastic matrix and continuous fibrous reinforcement, and a stamping method using such a tooling, the tooling comprising: a die comprising an imprint (110) having a bottom (111) and side walls (112); a punch (120) the external shape of which is paired with the imprint of the die and comprising a central part (123) and at least two lateral movable parts (121, 122) in sliding connection with the central part (123), so that the movable lateral parts being stopped in translation according to a striking direction (190) against the bottom of the die, a further displacement of the central part (123) in the same direction causes the movable lateral parts to move in translations perpendicular to the striking direction (190).

CAPS FOR A CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MAKING A CAP FOR A CONTAINER
A method for making a cap for a container that includes the steps of inserting in a mould a material in a solid state or a solid dispersed in a liquid, the material containing at least 70% cellulose by weight; pressing the material in the mould to obtain a cup-shaped component, the cup-shaped component having a skirt which extends around an axis and an end wall which closes the skirt at one end thereof; making on the skirt a breakable line which at least partly surrounds the axis to define on the cup-shaped component a closure body and an annular band; and folding a portion of the annular band inwards towards the inside of the cup-shaped component, to obtain at least one retaining element which projects inwards towards the inside of the annular band so as to keep the annular band joined to a neck of the container.
Cap for a container
A cap for a container comprises: a body, configured to be coupled and uncoupled relative to the neck of the container and including a side wall, which extends around a longitudinal axis, and a transverse wall; a tamper evident ring, configured to remain anchored to the neck of the container even when the body is uncoupled from the neck and including a joining portion where the tamper evident ring is joined to the body, the joining portion being configured to be torn along a full perimeter surrounding the longitudinal axis, wherein the cap comprises a connecting band having a first end connected to the side wall of the body and a second end connected to the retaining portion of the tamper evident ring.
