MOLDING RESIN TO FORM CONTINUOUS STRUCTURES
A molding apparatus includes a movable molding surface with molding cavities, a pressure shoe with a stationary outer surface that defines in cooperation with the molding surface a pressure zone, and a resin source configured to introduce molten resin into the pressure zone to be forced into the molding cavities by pressure in the pressure zone. The molding surface is movable with respect to the pressure shoe to introduce molding cavities to the pressure zone to be filled with resin while the outer surface of the pressure shoe and the molding surface define in between an entrance gap of decreasing width upstream of the pressure zone. The outer surface of the pressure shoe is spaced from the molding surface in the pressure zone to define a minimum gap at which the outer surface of the pressure shoe has a slope parallel to the molding surface. The pressure shoe is adapted to be held in a flexed condition against resin in the pressure zone while forcing resin into the cavities, with the outer surface of the pressure shoe curved upstream of the pressure zone.
PUNCH-SEALING STRUCTURE FOR TABLET PRESS AND TABLET PRESS USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a punch-sealing structure for a tablet press, the punch-sealing structure includes: a punch holder having a plurality of guide holes formed circumferentially with regular intervals; punches axially vertically moving through the guide holes of the punch holder; and sleeves magnetically coupled to the punch holder and sealing outer sides of the punches protruding from the guide holes of the punch holder.
IMPRINT APPARATUS AND METHOD OF DETECTING PEELING DEFECT IN THE SAME
An imprint apparatus includes: a pressure roller configured to press a film onto a substrate; an idle roller spaced from the pressure roller, the idle roller and pressure roller being configured to peel the film from the substrate; a pressure sensor connected to the pressure roller and configured to sense a first pressure applied to the pressure roller; and a controller configured to detect a peeling defect based on the first pressure.
Compression moulding apparatus
An apparatus comprises: at least one mould for forming an object from a dose of polymeric material; a conveying device having a central support rotatable about a first axis the conveying device comprising at least one conveying element movable along a first closed path for collecting the dose and subsequently releasing the dose in the mould; a removing device having a central body rotatable about a second axis, the removing device comprising at least one removing element movable along a second closed path for conveying the object away from the mould. The first axis is distinct from the second axis and at least one point exists at which one path selected from between the first closed path and the second closed path overlaps another path selected from between the second closed path and the first closed path.

SYSTEM FOR THE FURTHER TREATMENT OF PREFORMS PRODUCED BY MEANS OF INJECTION MOLDING
The present invention concerns a system for the further treatment of hollow body preforms produced by injection molding, comprising i) a receiving plate having at least one receiving cavity for receiving a preform, ii) a post-treatment system which has a) a post-treatment plate, b) at least one impression pin provided for changing the internal contour of the profile by either coming into contact with the inside of the preform during the post-treatment or closing the preform and acting on the inside space with a fluid under pressure, whereby the preform is inflated, and c) at least one post-treatment element which is provided for passing into the interior of a preform received in the receiving cavity or coming into contact with the preform, and iii) a movement device with which the receiving plate can be reciprocated relative to the post-treatment plate between a first position in which the impression pin is positioned within the receiving cavity, a second position in which the post-treatment element is positioned within the receiving cavity or comes into contact with a preform received therein, and a third position in which neither the impression pin nor the post-treatment element is positioned within the receiving cavity or comes into contact with a preform received therein.
