IMPRINT APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ARTICLE
An imprint apparatus for forming a pattern of an imprint material on a substrate using a mold includes a plurality of alignment scopes and a control unit. The control unit controls aligning of a shot region of the substrate and the mold based on outputs from the plurality of alignment scopes. Each of the plurality of alignment scopes outputs information indicating a relative position of a first mark selected from a plurality of first marks in the shot region and a second mark selected from a plurality of second marks on the mold. The control unit controls aligning of the shot region and the mold based on information excluding incorrect information from a plurality of pieces of information output from the plurality of alignment scopes.
MOLDED BODY REGION INSPECTION PROGRAM, MOLDED BODY REGION INSPECTION METHOD, MOLDED BODY REGION INSPECTION DEVICE, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
An inspection device (1) is provided with a storage unit (14) for storing a mechanical property inference model generated by machine learning based on mechanical property information and nondestructive inspection information of a first molded body region which is reinforced with reinforcing fibers and of which the mechanical property information and nondestructive inspection information are known, the mechanical property inference model taking nondestructive inspection information of a second molded body region, which is reinforced with reinforcing fibers and of which mechanical property information is unknown, as an input and inferring the mechanical property information of the second molded body region; wherein the inspection device (1) acquires the nondestructive inspection information of the second molded body region, inputs the nondestructive inspection information into the mechanical property inference model, acquires the mechanical property information of the second molded body region from the mechanical property inference model, and performs output based on the mechanical property information.
IMPRINT APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ARTICLE
The present invention provides an imprint apparatus which forms a pattern of an imprint material on a substrate by using a mold, the apparatus comprising an image sensing unit configured to sense an image of the imprint material via the mold, and a control unit configured to, in a state in which the mold and the imprint material are in contact with each other, cause the image sensing unit to sense the image of the imprint material while scanning the image sensing unit and obtain information on forming of the pattern of the imprint material based on the image obtained by the image sensing unit.
Inspection device and molded-product processing system
An exterior inspection device configured to inspect whether or not a molded product in a predetermined shape has defectiveness based on an image of the molded product, the inspection device including: a first foreign matter determiner configured to determine whether or not, in an obtained image of the molded product, a first inspection region located inside an outline of an assumed normal molded product P includes foreign matter; and a second foreign matter determiner configured to determine whether or not, in the obtained image of the molded product, a second inspection region located outside the outline of the assumed normal molded product includes foreign matter.
Apparatus for molding pouch
An apparatus for molding a pouch, which includes: a transfer device configured to transfer a pouch film; a molding device configured to press a top surface of the pouch film to mold an accommodation part for accommodating an electrode assembly; and an inspection device configured to calculate a depth value of the accommodation part formed in the pouch film detect defects. The inspection device includes: a distance measuring member configured to measure a first measurement value and a second measurement value, and an inspection member configured to calculate a depth value of the accommodation part by subtracting the first measurement value from the second measurement value, wherein if the calculated depth value is within a set input value range, it is determined as normal, and if the calculated depth value is out of the set input value range, it is determined as defective.
