The thermally insulating articles producible according to this process are useful. Corresponding cooling systems like fridges, heat storage systems, insulation panels for construction, insulated pipes, mobile transport systems, water boilers, burners, chimneys, instrument panels, roofs of industry hails, engines, or caravans contain the thermally insulating article.
REFRIGERATOR FOAMING JIG AND FOAMING METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to a refrigerator foaming jig, and particularly, to a refrigerator foaming jig and a foaming method using same, the refrigerator foaming jig including: a refrigerator outer case in which a space part, into which a heat insulating material is injected, and a refrigerating compartment, and a freezer compartment are formed; and an ice-making compartment case which is installed inside the outer case and inside which an insulating material accommodation space communicating with the space part is formed. The refrigerator foaming jig comprises: a front jig coupled to an inner case; and a variable jig inserted into the partition part, wherein the variable jig expands toward the space part and the insulating material accommodation space or contracts inward so that the distance to the partition part is adjusted. According to the above configuration, the refrigerating compartment, the freezing compartment, and the ice-making compartment are simultaneously formed as independent spaces.
LINE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SLATS FOR ROLLER SHUTTERS
The present invention relates to a production line of slats for roller shutters, comprising: a profiling machine; and a foaming machine, integrated in the profiling machine and suitable for dosing a predefined amount of a mixture of polyol and isocyanate in the unit of time inside a hollow, box section profile, partially open while it is being formed by means of an injection nozzle positionable in a predefined dispensing position along said longitudinal direction of advancement. The line comprises an optical acquisition device suitable for capturing images of the jet of the polyol and isocyanate mixture dispensed from said injection nozzle. The line comprises a control system that verifies whether the captured images of the jet are comparable within predefined error margins with said reference image or whether they deviate from it and activates an alarm procedure if a deviation from said reference image is detected.
Foam-in-bag systems and components thereof
A system includes a dip tube, a feed line, and a check valve. The dip tube is inserted through an opening in a source of chemical precursor and into the chemical precursor in the source. A portion of the feed line is located in the dip tube. The feed line passes out of the dip tube. The chemical precursor is capable of flowing out of the source through the feed line in a downstream direction. The check valve is located in the portion of the feed line in the dip tube. The check valve permits the chemical precursor to pass substantially only in the downstream direction. The feed line is coupled to a transfer pump that draws the chemical precursor out of the source through the portion of the feed line in the dip tube.
Thermally expandable compositions comprising urea derivatives
The present application relates to a thermally expandable composition containing at least one peroxide cross-linking polymer, at least one peroxide and at least one endothermic, chemical blowing agent, the blowing agent comprising at least one solid, optionally functionalized, polycarboxylic acid or the salt thereof and at least one urea derivative according to the formula (I) as defined herein; as well as shaped bodies containing the composition and to a method for sealing and filling voids in components, for strengthening or reinforcing components, in particular hollow components, and for bonding mobile components using shaped bodies of this type.
Device for a carrying belt system for a respirator, padding device, carrying belt system and respirator
A padding device (10a; 10b; 10c; 10d; 10e), for a carrying belt system (100) for a respirator (1000), has a closed pad core shell (20) and a pad core (30) configured in the pad core shell. The padding device is formed by injection molding a hollow profiled section, inserting of a pad core material into the hollow profiled section for forming the pad core in the hollow profiled section, and closing the hollow profiled section (21) for creating the closed pad core shell (20). The padding device (10a; 10b; 10c; 10d; 10e) has a closed pad core shell (20) and a pad core (30) arranged in the pad core shell. The pad core shell is seamless as an injection-molded component in at least some sections. A carrying belt system and a respirator with the carrying belt system are provided with the belt system having the padding device.

Direct molded acoustic insulators
A method to form automobile vehicle acoustic insulators includes as stages: forming a fiber mass by mixing a low melting point polymeric fiber and a high melting point polymeric fiber in predefined volumes in a mixing device; adding a water volume to the fiber mass to create a semi-solid mass; placing the semi-solid mass in a mold; internally heating the semi-solid mass in the mold using microwave energy; and expelling a first portion of the water volume through apertures created in the mold.
