FOAMING MATERIAL, AND THERMAL INSULATION CABINET AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME
Disclosed are a foaming material, a thermal insulation cabinet, and preparation methods therefor. The foaming material comprises 100 parts of a combined polyol, 10-30 parts of a foaming agent composition, and 120-150 parts of an isocyanate. In the present invention, the type of the polyol used in a foaming system is adjusted in order to increase the content of a polyester polyol and reduce the content of a polyether polyol, such that the compressive strength of the foaming material is significantly improved without increasing or changing the injection amount.
THERMAL INSULATION CABINET, AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING SAME
A thermal insulation cabinet and a manufacturing method therefor, and a refrigerator having same. The manufacturing method for the thermal insulation cabinet comprises the following steps: pre-assembling a shell having a vacuum insulation panel attached to the inside, into a cabinet shell; heating the inside of the cabinet shell; and injecting a foaming material between the cabinet shell and an inner liner for foaming. According to the present invention, the inside of the cabinet shell is heated, such that the inner surface of the shell can reach a target temperature required for foaming, thereby reducing or avoiding a surface crusting phenomenon, and improving a thermal insulation effect of the thermal insulation cabinet.

Methods and systems for manufacturing foam wall structures
Methods for manufacturing foam wall structures are described. The methods include placing a wall structure proximate to a robotic arm, orienting an imaging device so that the imaging device on the robotic arm faces a cavity in the wall structure, surveying the cavity using the imaging device, determining a spray foaming pattern to fill the cavity to a selected depth with a foam layer, orienting the spray nozzle so the spray nozzle faces the cavity, and spray-applying the foam-forming composition into the cavity to the selected depth by passing the foam-forming composition through the spray nozzle to form the foam layer. Foam wall structure manufacturing systems that are suitable for carrying out such methods are also described.
METHODS OF MANUFACTURING HIGH TEMPERATURE COMFORMABLE POLYMERIC SCREENS
A method of manufacturing a fluid control device includes extruding a polymer melt into a chamber defined by an outer surface of a support structure and a disintegrable metallic tubular member disposed at the support structure, the polymer melt comprising a high heat polymer and a foaming agent, the high heat polymer having a heat deflection temperature of about 100° C. to about 300° C. measured at 1.82 MPa in accordance with ASTM D648-18; sealing the chamber; and foaming the high heat polymer to produce a porous filtration medium in a compacted shape.
Method of repairing a core stiffened structure
A method of repairing a core stiffened structure, including removing a damaged portion of the core stiffened structure; bonding a shelf onto a first core member; bonding a second core member to a shelf; and securing a skin patch over the second core member.

Tubular member sealing device
A member (10) for providing sealing, baffling, and/or reinforcement to a cavity member (30) comprising: (a) a carrier (12) with an insertion end (13) and a base end (11) having: (i) a base (16) at the base end (11) adapted for engaging with a wall (36) of the cavity member (30); (ii) a fastener (20) adapted for passing through an opening of the cavity member (32) and retaining the member (10) to the cavity member (30); (iii) a center portion (18) extending from the insertion end (13) to the base end (11); and (b) activatable material (26) disposed on the carrier (12).
Clothing treatment device
The present disclosure relates to a clothing treatment device capable of omitting a frame for structurally connecting an inner case and a cabinet by filling a foaming agent between the inner case and the cabinet forming an appearance. The clothing treatment device comprises a cabinet having an opening at the front thereof: a door which is rotatably provided in front of the opening to open and close the opening; an inner case which is provided in the cabinet to form an accommodation space in which clothes are accommodated, and a hot air supply unit which is provided at the lower portion of the inner case to supply at least one of hot air and moisture to the accommodation space, wherein the inner case is formed of a styrene resin that maintains adhesion to the foaming agent injected into the inner portion of the cabinet.
