METHOD OF FABRICATING LIGHT-TRANSMITTING DECORATED MOLDING ARTICLE

A method of manufacturing a decorated molding article includes: forming an all-in-one coating on a substrate and performing a curing step, thereby forming a composite layer structure with a protective effect, a color effect, and a bonding effect. Compared with the printing layer in the conventional In Mold Label (IML) and InSert molding (INS) that is made by a plurality of anti-impact and bonding processes, the composite layer structure of the embodiment can form a molded film with better physical properties (e.g., higher hardness, better protection effect, etc.) after the blister molding process. Therefore, the molded film of the embodiment can be applied to a laser engraving process to form a variety of light-transmitting decorative molded products. Further, the present disclosure further forms a protective layer locally in the grooves formed after the laser engraving process, so as to protect the texture after the laser engraving process from damage.

Medical device tray and method of forming the medical device tray

A medical device tray for carrying a plurality of medical devices includes: a base made of a substantially rigid material, the base forming at least one base through-hole; and a covering affixed to the base, the covering being made of a material which is softer than the substantially rigid material of the base, the covering forming at least one covering through-hole, the at least one base through-hole and the at least one covering through-hole cooperating to form at least one medical device tray through-hole configured for directly supporting a respective one of the plurality of medical devices.

Method for manufacturing a plug for a container neck

The present disclosure relates to a manufacturing method for a plug for a container neck. In one implementation, a skirt of the plug is molded and provided with an attachment device adapted to removably attach to the container neck and with a permanent retention strip around the container neck. The retention strip is adapted to pass, by folding, from a molding configuration to an operating configuration. A peripheral break line is then cut out in the skirt, adapted so as to be broken during the first opening of the plug. In some implementations, the retention strip may be prefolded and thereby pass from a molding configuration to an intermediate prefolded configuration. The retention strip is then folded until it passes into an operating configuration. In some implementations, the folding of the retention strip may pass the retention strip from an intermediate prefolded configuration to an operating configuration.
