HOLLOW COMPONENT, HOLLOW COMPONENT MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND HOLLOW COMPOMENT MANUFACTURING DEVICE
Disclosed are a hollow component, a method for manufacturing a hollow component, and a device for manufacturing a hollow component. The method for manufacturing a hollow component according to an embodiment of the disclosure includes a first operation of molding a first injection-molded component, a second operation of molding a second injection-molded component, a third operation of causing the first injection-molded component and the second injection-molded component to face each other, a fourth operation of approaching the first injection-molded component and the second injection-molded component, and a fifth operation of coupling the first injection-molded component and the second injection-molded component. A fastening boss of the first injection-molded component is press-fitted into a fastening hole of the second injection-molded component in the fifth operation. Therefore, the fixation between the first injection-molded component and the second injection-molded component may be achieved without additional injection, and breakage and damage of the fastening boss and the fastening hole may be prevented.
METHOD OF PRODUCING ASSEMBLED PRODUCT AND ASSEMBLING APPARATUS
A method of producing an assembled product includes a first step of clamping a mold including a first unit and a second unit, a second step of forming the plurality of parts by injecting molten resin into each of a plurality of cavities, a third step of opening the mold, and a fourth step of respectively opposing the plurality of parts held by the first unit in the third step to corresponding assembling portions of the second unit. The first through fourth steps are repetitively performed, and in the first step, the plurality of parts held by the first unit are supplied to the corresponding assembling portions, and the plurality of cavities are defined by first forming portions of the first unit and second forming portions of the second unit.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A FISHING LURE
A method for insert molding a product which includes providing an insert having a plurality of elements that are loosely linked together; applying a bonding agent to at least two of the elements to temporarily link those to elements in substantially locked mutually fixed relationship; supporting the at least two elements within a mold; injecting molding material within the mold whereby a molded part surrounding the at least two elements is formed; and flexing the molded part to substantially unlock the elements disposed in substantially locked mutually fixed relationship.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LIQUID SUPPLY UNIT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LIQUID EJECTING HEAD
In a molding step, at least a first member, which constitutes a liquid supply unit together with a second member, is injection molded by using an injection mold including first and second molds being made openable and closable. In a mold opening step, the first and second molds are opened while leaving the first member, which is injection molded in the molding step, on the first mold. In a first bonding step, a third member constituting the liquid supply unit is bonded to the first member left on the first mold.
TUBULAR BODY
A tubular body formed by joining two semi-tubular portions that are divided in radial direction, the tubular body having a connection flange portion provided with a bolt hole on at least one end portion. The two semi-tubular portions have joint projection portions at both edge portions in circumferential direction, the joint projection portions projecting in radial direction and extending in axial direction, and each joint projection portion of the semi-tubular portions on at least one of both sides in circumferential direction is configured to be bent so as to deviate from a virtual division face passing a central axis in such a manner that a joint portion formed by abutting the joint projection portions does not interfere with a tool for fastening a bolt inserted into the bolt hole in a predetermined area in the vicinity of the bolt hole of the connection flange portion.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIQUID SUPPLY MEMBER
There is provided a manufacturing method of a liquid supply member capable of suppressing decrease in sealing property of a liquid supply path and deformation of the liquid supply path or the external shape. For that purpose, a manufacturing process of a liquid supply member prevents inflow of a molten resin into a concave portion of a portion other than a liquid supply flow path in a liquid supply member.
LIQUID SUPPLY MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIQUID SUPPLY MEMBER
There is provided a liquid supply member capable of suppressing deformation of a liquid supply path and decrease in sealing property of a liquid supply path, during molding, and a manufacturing method of the liquid supply member. For that purpose, in die-slide injection molding that combines two components, a protection portion that protects a part of one component easily affected by heat and pressure, is provided on the other component.
Structural component having a plurality of organic sheet pieces, and method for the production thereof
A structural component, comprising at least two organo-sheet pieces which at least sectionally lie one on top of the other and which each include a fiber layer, wherein at least in the fiber layers of the organo-sheet pieces at least one pair of mutually aligned holes is formed, at which the organo-sheet pieces are positively connected to each other. There is furthermore proposed a method for manufacturing a structural component.
INJECTION MOLDING OF HOLLOW ARTICLES
A hollow article such as an active bolster for an automobile is formed of an injection molded panel having a ridge and furrow adjacent a panel perimeter and an injection molded sheet having a bonding section at a sheet outer periphery, wherein the bonding section is within the furrow. An injection molded bond is formed between the bonding section and furrow, wherein a compression area where the sheet overlies a region of the panel adjacent the furrow is configured to constrain the bond to the furrow. An associated process and system facilitates mold alignment, part alignment, material strength, design adaptability, efficient processing, reduced labor, increased production rates, reduced energy consumption per part, aesthetically pleasing surfaces, and reduces or eliminates the need for a separate welding operation.
Method of producing injection molded articles
Injection molded articles and methods of making injection molded articles. The methods include the use of a first plasticizing unit and a second plasticizing unit on a common frame feeding a first mold and a second mold on the common frame. Separating the production of each part of a two-part article into separate plasticizers and molds allows for the tuning of production parameters on a per-part basis, improving part flatness and part-to-part weight variance.
