MOLD CARRIER FOR INJECTION MOLDING
Provided is a mold carrier. The mold carrier comprises a mold bearing chassis, a pressure bearing plate, and a tie bar. The mold bearing chassis includes a plurality of molds disposed therein. Each mold has one or more mold cavities. The pressure bearing plate is configured to physically couple to the mold bearing chassis during an injection molding process. The tie bar runs through the center of the mold bearing chassis and the pressure bearing plate. The mold bearing chassis is configured to allow components to be removed from their molds without separating the mold bearing chassis from the pressure bearing plate.
Injection molding apparatus
An injection molding apparatus includes a first upstream mold having a first gate opening into which a first molding material flows, a second upstream mold having a second gate opening into which a second molding material flows, a first injection unit injecting the first material through the first gate opening, a second injection unit injecting the second material through the second gate opening, and a downstream mold clampable with each of the first and second upstream molds. The second material is injected by the second injection unit after the first material is injected by the first injection unit. The second gate opening is separated further from the downstream mold than the first gate opening, and a volume of a second cavity partitioned by the second upstream mold and the downstream mold is larger than that of a first cavity partitioned by the first upstream mold and the downstream mold.
TOOL FOR THE INJECTION MOLDING OF PLASTIC MOLDED PARTS AND METHOD FOR MOVING A SLIDE OF A TOOL HALF OF THE TOOL
A tool for the injection molding of plastic molded parts has two tool halves movable in relation to each other, one of which has a mold plate carrying at least one mold insert with a multiplicity of mold cavities, or a mold plate with a mold insert support platen, which carries at least one mold insert with a multiplicity of mold cavities. The mold cavities are designed to form molded parts in conjunction with complementary cavities present on the second of the tool halves. The mold insert of each mold cavity is assigned a slide, which is arranged movably over or in a cavity-side surface of the mold insert. The slide has at least one guide element in engagement with a counterpart guide element in the mold insert. A connection bolt extends from the slide in the direction of the mold plate or of the mold insert support platen and is guided in a guide groove of a rotary ring. A plurality of connection bolts of a plurality of slides are arranged circumferentially along the circumference of the rotary ring, distributed in a corresponding number of guide grooves, and the rotary ring is connected to a drive ring arranged on the mold plate or the mold insert support platen.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING REAL MATERIAL PRODUCT HAVING COMPOSITE LAYER AND USING LIQUID-PHASE REACTIVE CURING METHOD
A method of manufacturing a real material product having a composite layer and using a liquid-phase reactive curing method according to the present invention can precisely and beautifully manufacture a real material product through a double injection process, and can implement various patterns. The bottom of a real material layer is coated with a plastic resin layer, and the top of the real material layer is coated with a PUA or PUR layer.
Injection Mold
An injection mold, in particular for encapsulating rotors of electric machines, has a mold, wherein the mold has an arrangement of mold segments. The arrangement forms, along a longitudinal axis, a cavity for a component to be arranged. An exchange unit is provided, which is designed to remove at least one mold segment from and/or insert at least one mold segment into the arrangement, with the result that a size of the cavity can be changed.
APPARATUS AND METHOD USABLE WITH AN INJECTION MOLDER FOR PRODUCING ARTICLES
An apparatus usable with an injection molder for producing articles includes a first mold support including a first mold, and a second mold support including a second mold and a first die. The first mold support is movable relative to the second mold support between a first and a second position. In the first position, the first mold and the second mold being brought together to form an injection molded article having at least one protrusion extending outwardly from the body and facing the second mold. In the second position, the first mold and the first die being brought together to subsequently form the article, the first die selectively subsequently forming an altered cross sectional region in the protrusion, forming an undercut in the altered cross sectional region or between the altered cross sectional region of the subsequently formed protrusion and the body, each article being separate and non-interlocking.
Injection molding device
An injection molding device has a first mold half, an index plate that in a molding position is at least partly received in the first mold half, and an index plate axle connected with the index plate. The index plate axle is arranged for linear movement along its longitudinal axis relative to the first mold half so that the index plate can be moved between the molding position and a turning position in which the index plate can be rotated with respect to the first mold half. An adaptor plate, connected to the first mold half, has a drive and a first coupling element coupled with the drive. The first coupling element is arranged eccentric with respect to the longitudinal axis of the index plate axle.
INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF EXTERNAL INDUCTION HEATING WITH ALTERNATING INSERT PLATES
An injection molding apparatus and method are provided, comprising: a core plate having a male protrusion; a cavity plate having a female cavity configured to be mated with the male protrusion; a first insert plate; a second insert plate connected to the first insert plate by a rotating arm; a motor; connected to the rotating arm, operable to rotate the first insert plate and the second insert plate in and out of the female cavity of the cavity plate; and an induction heating device, positioned outside of the cavity plate, operable to cause an induction current on a surface of either the first insert plate or the second insert plate when either are rotated outside of the female cavity.
Manufacturing method and manufacturing device for resin fan
A resin fan includes a semi-molded article in which a first circular plate and blades are integrated. While the semi-molded article is retained, a composite mold is moved to a secondary molding side, a second mold is put in a first position and a third mold is moved to the first position and inserted into the first mold. An intermediate part extends over the inner surface-side of a large-bend part, and causes the end of the third mold to engage with the first mold. Next, resin is poured into a secondary forming mold, and a second circular plate is integrally molded continuous with the blades of the semi-molded article, and a fan is molded. Together with the opening of the second mold and the composite mold, the third mold and the composite mold are opened, each of the molds is moved to a second position.
