The present invention provides a molded article manufacturing method that is simple but does not leave a holding mark on an optical film. By the molded article manufacturing method, the functional surface of an optical film that is not greater than 10 nm in the Ra value of surface roughness is attached to the optical surface forming portion of an injection mold that is not greater than 10 nm in the Ra value of surface roughness, so that the injection mold is made to hold the optical film. A molten resin is supplied into a mold space formed by the injection mold, and the molten resin is hardened to form a molded article body. The molded article body and the optical film are integrated.

An aesthetic structural product is provided that incorporates high structural strength and high-gloss finish through a streamlined manufacturing process combining hybrid molding with an overlay of decorative film. The method includes preheating a composite sheet, applying a decorative film to the composite sheet through hot stamping, thermoforming the composite sheet to a desired shape, and overmolding desired features using a resin which is compatible with the composite of the composite sheet. The method may be performed in varying order, such as overmolding and/or thermoforming the composite sheet prior to hot-stamping the decorative film to the composite sheet.

Active energy ray-curable resin composition, antifogging antifouling laminate, article, method for producing same, and antifouling method

An anti-fogging and anti-fouling laminate, including: a substrate; and an anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer on the substrate where a surface of the anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer is flat, wherein the anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer is a cured product obtained by curing an active energy ray curable resin composition through an active energy ray, wherein the active energy ray curable resin composition includes a hydrophilic monomer having a radically polymerizable unsaturated group and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein a content of the hydrophilic monomer having a radically polymerizable unsaturated group in the active energy ray curable resin composition is 60% by mass or more, and wherein a surface of the anti-fogging and anti-fouling layer has a pure water contact angle of 90 or more.

Decorative molding method and decorative molding apparatus

In a decorative molding method a film having an uneven shape printed thereon and a film having a pattern printed thereon are separately supplied to a metal mold, the films are positioned separately, and a molding material is simultaneously injected into the metal mold to carry out injection molding. In a decorative molding apparatus for realizing the above method, a suction circuit for adsorbing each of the films on a film adsorption surface of the metal mold and an air blowing circuit for peeling off the films are disposed, and, after the injection molding, air blowing on each film is started separately from the start of opening of the metal mold, and the metal mold and the films are brought into a positive pressure state, then the molded article is taken out, a clamp jig is released to release the films, and the air blowing continues until the following patterns of the films are placed inside the metal mold.
