BRUSH HEAD FIXTURE FOR PRODUCTION OF TOOTHBRUSH HEAD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TOOTHBRUSH HEAD

Disclosed are a brush head fixture for production of a toothbrush head and a manufacturing method of the toothbrush head. The brush head fixture includes a fixture main body, a bristle accommodating part, a material sealing surface, and one or more positioning holes. The bristle accommodating part is configured for accommodating the free end of implanted bristles in the process of manufacturing the toothbrush head. The material sealing surface is located on one side of the fixture main body away from the bristle accommodating part and configured for preventing the material of the coating layer from entering the bristle accommodating part when forming the coating layer. The positioning hole penetrates through the wall of the fixture main body between the material sealing surface and the bristle accommodating part. The positioning hole is configured for injection molding the retaining part, and also for positioning the retaining part obtained through injection molding.

A System And Method For Moulding A Tufted Body With A Curved Outer Surface

A mould system for producing a tufted body having a curved outer surface, for example one hemispherical half of a spherical toothbrush head, the mould system comprising a mould form having a receptacle and an annular flange circumscribing an open end of the receptacle and at least one slot formed substantially radially in the flange and extending into a sidewall of the receptacle.

Header for module of hollow fiber membranes and method of potting hollow fibers

Hollow fiber membranes are potted by injecting a liquid material into a substantially closed cavity (44) containing the fibers. The cavity may be formed in part by the interaction of a mold a permeate pan (52) and a layer of an adhesive pre-applied to a bundle of the membranes.

Inverted Injection Method of Affixing a Termination to a Tensile Member
20180320756 · 2018-11-08 ·

A method for attaching an anchor to an end of a tensile member by inverting the assembly of anchor and tensile member and injecting pressurized potting compound. A length of filaments of the tensile member are placed within a cavity through the anchor. The anchor and filaments are placed in an inverted position, with the distal end of the anchor facing downward and the cable extending upward out of the anchor. If the anchor has an open distal end this is sealed. Liquid potting compound is injected into the anchor cavity and allowed to solidify. During the solidification process, a controlled translation (pulling) of the cable is preferably introduced.

An oral care implement comprises a first and a second part. The first part has a carrier plate having a back side and a front side opposite the back side, and at least one cleaning element extending from the front side. The second part has a support plate and at least a portion of a neck, the support plate having a front side and a back side opposite the front side. The back side of the carrier plate is secured to the front side of the support plate by means of a plastic material molded around at least a portion of the back side of the support plate and over at least a portion of the carrier plate to provide a non-detachable connection between the first and the second part.

A body care brush, in particular a facial brush, has a brush head, which contains a cleaning-element carrier that bears cleaning elements. The brush is able to efficiently clean body regions that are difficult to access. The body care brush is developed in such a way that the cleaning-element carrier is formed by at least two cleaning-element carrier parts, which are movably supported in relation to each other and which bear cleaning elements. A returning mechanism is provided between the cleaning-element carrier parts, by way of which the cleaning-element carrier parts are coupled to a base part. The base part is arranged centrally with respect to the cleaning-element carrier and on a side of the cleaning-element carrier facing away from the cleaning elements.

Oral care implement

An oral care implement comprises a head and a handle, the head being repeatedly attachable to and detachable from the handle. The head is made from a non-magnetic and/or non-ferromagnetic material, while the handle is at least partially made from a magnetic and/or ferromagnetic material.

A TOOTHBRUSH WITH MOVED ELEMENTS

A toothbrush including a main member that includes a handle portion, a neck portion and a head portion. At least one brush member, which forms at least part of the brush head along with the head portion and is movable relative to the head portion, is disposed in the head portion. The at least one brush member can be moved under the effect of a cleaning movement manually exerted on the teeth.
