LOW PRESSURE MOLDED ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR MAKING SAME
An article includes a hollow enclosure defining a void. The void has a first section and a second section separate from the first section. An electronic component is housed in the first section and the second section of the void. A low pressure mold material is molded into the first section of the void and cured around a first segment of the electronic component to encapsulate the first segment of the electronic component. A support seal is inserted into the second section of the void adjacent a second segment of the electronic component. The support seal defines a sealing barrier on one side of the low pressure mold material that limits the flow of low pressure mold material out of the first section of the void.
Wiring incorporated resin pipe and method of manufacturing the same
A wiring incorporated resin pipe includes a tubular shaped sheet formed in an approximately tubular shape at an interval so that a slit is formed between both ends in a transverse direction, a wiring unit arranged in the tubular shaped sheet along a longitudinal direction of the slit in an inner side of the slit and a resin material filled in a gap formed by matching surfaces of the slit of the tubular shaped sheet and the wiring unit to thereby seal the matching surfaces of the slit of the tubular shape sheet, in which conductive wires for wiring are laid inside the wiring unit in the longitudinal direction.
Molded package and method of manufacture
A package is manufactured by placing a substrate (10), for example a lead frame, in a mold (30) with a protection flange (38) extending into a notch (14) in the substrate (10) around a contact surface (12). The protection flange (38) impedes molding compound from reaching the contact surface reducing the need for a deflash step.
HAND TOOL AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR A HAND TOOL
The present invention relates to a hand tool, comprising a tool member, of a first material, an elongated shaft, of a second material and a connecting member, of a third material comprising plastic. The elongated shaft further comprises a handle portion in a first end and an insert portion in a second end. The hand tool further comprises a sealing ring arranged to surround the insert portion to prevent leakage of the third material during manufacturing. A manufacturing method for such a hand tool is also presented, said method comprising arranging a sealing ring around an insert portion, arranging the insert portion and a tool member in a mold, injecting material comprising plastic in a cavity space so as to form a connecting member and removing the hand tool from the mold.

STEERING WHEEL FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a foamed steering wheel for an automotive vehicle and is intended for an especially advantageous manufacturing process of said steering wheel. For this purpose, it is suggested that in the area of the foamed edge the foam wrapping is adjacent to a skeleton projection of the steering wheel skeleton and to a cover projection of the skeleton cover, wherein the skeleton projection and the cover projection are directly adjacent to each other and together form a substantially circumferentially closed wall projection for contacting a foaming mold.
Method for producing a needle-equipped syringe
An injection molding die for molding a needle-equipped syringe includes a male die including a core pin, and a through hole, a female die including a female die opening part, a concave part, and an injection needle holding hole; a support rod that is insertable from a pin proximal end into the through hole, wherein the support rod is configured to contact and support a needle proximal end of an injection needle inserted from a pin distal end, and to push the needle proximal end to a vicinity of the pin distal end; and a resin injection gate configured to allow resin to be injected to a cavity formed by the concave part and the core pin inserted from the female die opening part.
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A semiconductor device includes: a primary molded body includes a semiconductor chip that has a detector for detecting a physical quantity, and a primary molded resin having a resin material; a housing component includes an insertion hole for inserting the primary molded body; and a secondary molded resin, which is made of a resin material, that integrally covers a region exposed from the insertion hole, the region being a part of a surface of the primary molded body, and a part of a region of a surface of the housing component including a region surrounding the insertion hole. A part of the primary molded body including the semiconductor chip is in the insertion hole.
PASSIVE HORN INTEGRALLY FORMED BY USING THERMOPLASTIC VULCANIZED RUBBER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A passive horn integrally formed using thermoplastic vulcanized rubber includes a first outer casing, a second outer casing, an inner casing and an iron piece. The first outer casing includes a sealing ring, a folding ring and a vibrating membrane, and the sealing ring, the folding ring and the vibrating membrane are integrally injection molded into the first outer casing. A groove is disposed in the second outer casing, and the first outer casing is disposed in the groove. The back surface of the vibrating membrane is provided with a casing groove sequentially embedded with the inner casing and the iron piece. Furthermore, a preparation method of a passive horn integrally formed using thermoplastic vulcanized rubber, which, under the condition of integrated injection molding, may improve the yield rate, ensure product quality, save assembly time and labor cost, and improve production efficiency.
METHOD FOR APPLYING A SEAL TO A PLATE
A method for applying a seal onto a plate, including, providing a tool containing at least one support element made of solid material including a recess, a support element made of flexible material including a first part and a second part where said support element made of flexible material is arranged at least partially in said recess, and a means for exerting a pressure in a compensation chamber of said recess, where said compensation chamber is delimited at least partially by said second part of said support element made of flexible material.
