DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING ROTOR CORE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ROTOR CORE
Provided is a manufacturing device for a rotor core and a manufacturing method for a rotor core in which it is possible to suitably fit a columnar core rod into a center hole of a laminated iron core, when fitting and installing the laminated iron core into a fitting recess of a first mold. A device for manufacturing a rotor core includes: a first mold; a second mold that engages with the first mold and clamps and seals the laminated iron core together with the first mold; a resin injection unit that is provided to the second mold and injects a resin material in the magnet insertion hole by using a molding machine; and a guide plate that has a through hole into which the core rod is inserted and is mounted at one end of the laminated iron core in such a manner that the through hole is in communication with the center hole of the laminated iron core, in which the guide plate has an opening diameter of the through hole on one surface side of one end side of the laminated iron core that is substantially the same as an opening diameter of the center hole, and an opening diameter of the through hole on the other side on the side of the first mold is larger than an opening diameter on the one surface side.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN AIR INTAKE DUCT
The invention relates to a method of manufacturing an air-intake duct (30) with induction noise and radiated noise attenuation that is intended to be connected to an internal combustion engine. The method comprises the steps of: (a): providing a mould (1) comprising two moulding cavities (2), each cavity (2) having at least one groove (4) adapted for moulding a rib (32) and having at least two half-bores (5) adapted for moulding end sleeves (34-36), (b): providing a core (8) adapted to be positioned between the cavities (2), for moulding an air-intake duct (30), (c): positioning a tubular layer (9) of air-porous material on the core (8), (d): positioning the core (8) with the tubular layer (9) between the moulding cavities (2), (e): injecting a thermoplastic material into the, or each, groove (4) and into each half-bore (5) of each cavity (2), in order to overmould ribs (32) and end sleeves (34-36) onto the tubular layer (9) so as to form a duct (30).
Micro transducer molding
Articles and methods are provided for miniature acoustic transducers having highly compliant suspension systems despite their small size. In various examples the suspension system is molded of a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and is molded in an interior cavity geometry that includes and apex radially offset and/or axially offset from a desired cured position of an apex of the suspension.
METHOD OF MAKING SURF FIN INCLUDING INJECTION MOLDED PRE-IMPREGNATED COMPOSITE FIBER MATRIX INSERTS
A method of forming a fin configured for use with a water sports board. The method includes providing a mold having a mold cavity and a first insert pre-preg sheet each including structural strands bonded by a first resin material. The method further includes placing the first insert pre-preg sheet within the mold cavity. The method further includes injecting a third resin material under pressure into the mold cavity. The method further includes injecting a core substance only in the form of a gaseous material into the third resin material to form a unitary hollow volume within the third resin material.
CARTRIDGE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A CARTRIDGE, DISPENSING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A DISPENSING ASSEMBLY
A cartridge for a material to be dispensed includes a rigid head part having a dispensing outlet and a flexible film forming a cartridge wall, with the film bounding a cartridge chamber for the material to be dispensed, extending at least partially in a longitudinal direction of the cartridge and having a front end that is connected to the head part, wherein the head part has an outer circumferential surface. An inner surface of the front end of the film is sealingly and non-releasably connected to the outer circumferential surface of the head part.
HAND TOOL AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR A HAND TOOL
The present invention relates to a hand tool, comprising a tool member, of a first material, an elongated shaft, of a second material and a connecting member, of a third material comprising plastic. The elongated shaft further comprises a handle portion in a first end and an insert portion in a second end. The hand tool further comprises a sealing ring arranged to surround the insert portion to prevent leakage of the third material during manufacturing. A manufacturing method for such a hand tool is also presented, said method comprising arranging a sealing ring around an insert portion, arranging the insert portion and a tool member in a mold, injecting material comprising plastic in a cavity space so as to form a connecting member and removing the hand tool from the mold.
Resin molding method and resin molding apparatus
A resin molding method according to the present invention is a resin molding method that fills a space between an insertion hole provided in a workpiece and a member to be fixed inserted into the insertion hole with resin, the method comprising: injecting a first tablet formed of thermosetting resin having a first temperature into a position of a pot far from the workpiece, the pot pouring the resin into the workpiece and being provided in a molding die, injecting a second tablet formed of thermosetting resin having a second temperature higher than the first temperature into a position of the pot close to the workpiece; pouring the thermosetting resin into the insertion hole of the workpiece in an order of the second tablet and the first tablet by a plunger that slides in the pot.
Joining structure
A joining structure includes a first member, a second member of a material different from that of the first member, and a separation mechanism provided between the first member and the second member and that separates the first member and the second member from each other, wherein a resin is filled into the space between the edge of at least one member among the first member and the second member, and the other member.
SEALING METHOD
A sealing method for sealing an opening of a metallic molded body with a resin molded body, the metallic molded body having a cavity therein and an opening connected to the cavity, includes a step of irradiating laser light onto a joining surface on a periphery of the opening of the metallic molded body in an energy density of 1 MW/cm.sup.2 or more and at an irradiation rate of 2000 mm/sec or more to roughen the surface, and a step of placing, in a mold, a portion including the joining surface of the metallic molded body roughened in the preceding step and sealing the opening with a resin molded body formed by injection molding or compression molding of a resin.
