PROCESS TO MANUFACTURE AN INTERCONNECTED STACK OF THERMOPLASTIC FRAMES

The invention is directed to a process to manufacture an interconnected stack of thermoplastic frames having two sides by stacking the thermoplastic frames to obtain a stack of frames such that the facing sides of two neighbouring frames are in contact with each other at a contact area. When stacking a longitudinal conduit is formed which runs along the length of the stack and a branched conduit is formed at the contact area. The interconnected stack of thermoplastic frames are obtained by supplying a pressurised melt of a plastic material to the elongated conduit and branched conduits.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE OF CFRTP PLATE MATERIAL WITH METAL PLATE MATERIAL AND COMPOSITE THEREOF

A CFRP material with an Al alloy sheet attached to or a CFRTP material with an Al alloy sheet attached to is prepared by joining an Al alloy sheet with a CFRP material or a CFRTP material by adhesion or by injection molding. The surface of this Al alloy sheet and a surface of metal material such as Ti, etc., are subjected to chemical treatment. After this chemical treatment, the CFRP material with an Al alloy sheet attached to or the CFRTP material with an Al alloy sheet attached to and the metal material are inserted into a metallic mold for injection molding so as to have a gap therebetween. High crystalline thermoplastic resin is injected into this gap to join the metal material with the Al alloy sheet, thus obtaining a laminated composite.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL ITEMS WITH FLEXIBLE WALLS

A method for manufacturing three-dimensional items with flexible walls is provided, by method of a mold and counter mold between which a volume corresponding to that of the item to be obtained is delimited. The item is made up of laminar parts which are mounted on a template that is fixed to the inner surface of the mold. The laminar parts are joined to one another by means of a material which is injected in molten state through a network of conduits delimited between the counter mold, template and the facing edges of adjacent laminar parts. The template is made of an elastically deformable material and has a three-dimensional configuration.

Production method for a resin molding
20190275714 · 2019-09-12 · ·

A production method for a resin molding (1) inserted a 1st plate (10) having many through holes (10a) and a 2nd plate (11) having many through holes (11a), which are arranged in parallel and facing each other during a manufacturing process, comprising a 1st plate process and a 2nd plate process.

The 1st plate process in which, the 1st plate (10) moves to the 2nd plate (11) side from a 1st plate start position (U0) and returns a 1st plate end position (P3) near the 1st plate start position (U0) in a cavity filled with a molten resin (4) kept to a high pressure.

The 2nd plate process in which, the 2nd plate (11) moves to the 1st plate (10) side from a 2nd plate start position (V0) and returns a 2nd plate end position (P4) near the 2nd plate start position in the cavity.

This makes it possible to spread the molten resin (4) to even a shielded area with a reciprocal plate motion. That is, the molten resin (4) is able to pass through holes (10a, 11a) back and forth with the reciprocal plate motion and reach the shielded area finally.

Therefore, the molten resin (4) spread through the surface of the 1st plate (10) and the 2nd plate (11), and a resin wettability of these plates are improved. And as a result, the resin molding (1) strength against a distortion is improved.
