An injection molding module for performing a series of injection molding actions, includes a robotic system. The molding module in addition includes a series of anchoring members for fixing at least a portion of the robotic system at each location where an injection molding action takes place.

Medical leads with segmented electrodes and methods of fabrication thereof

In one embodiment, a method for fabricating a neurostimulation stimulation lead comprises: providing a plurality of ring components and hypotubes in a mold; placing an annular frame with multiple lumens over distal ends of the plurality of hypotubes to position a portion of each hypotube within a respective lumen of the annular frame; molding the plurality of ring components and the hypotubes to form a stimulation tip component for the stimulation lead, wherein the molding fills interstitial spaces between the plurality of ring components and hypotubes with insulative material; and forming segmented electrodes from the ring components after performing the molding.

Hollow profile member such as a tube made of thermosetting composite materials and corresponding method

A method for overmolding a thermoplastic tip onto a hollow profile member made of thermosetting composite and to an assembly including a thermosetting profile member and a thermoplastic tip, wherein it includes machining the shape of the profile member made of thermosetting composite on the injection region; positioning a cap in the profile member; thermally conditioning the profile assembly and the cap; and injecting the tip with thermoplastic composite in order to create the junction of the profile member, the cap and the tip.

Structural member and/or coupling arrangement and/or method for same

A structural has a coupling region. The coupling region is a region where a fitting and a beam section of the structural member meet and over such region a nipping sleeve of the structural member is over-molded.

Field joint coating material and a process for making a field joint

The invention relates to a field joint coating material based on a fast curable olefin liquid formulation and a process of making a field joint wherein this coating material is used.

FAUCET MAIN BODY STRUCTURE AND INJECTION MOLDING MOLD AND MOLDING METHOD FOR THE SAME
20210054948 · 2021-02-25 · ·

A faucet main body structure, an injection molding mold and a molding method are provided. A main body inner core is fixed in the injection molding mold by a new fixing method, ensuring that no additional positioning structure is required to be provided on the outer surface of the main body inner core, so that in the case that the main body inner core is subjected to over-molding, a main body injection-molded layer of the main body injection-molded part is enabled to closely attached to the main body inner core without causing gaps therebetween, which ensures that the faucet main body structure is not susceptible to water seepage, and prolongs the service life of the product.

A mold system for making a medical device includes a mold having a mold cavity for receiving a material; first and second core pins, each having a first lumen-defining section located, or otherwise configured for placement, in the mold cavity; and a spacer tool having a lumen sized for accommodating a first tube that is in a fixed position with respect to the mold, wherein a first end of the first tube is engaged with the first lumen-defining section of the first core pin, and wherein the spacer tool comprises a first section configured for placement in the mold cavity of the mold, the first section of the spacer tool having a first outer cross-sectional dimension that is larger than an outer cross-sectional dimension of the first tube.

VALVE ASSEMBLY WITH DIRECTIONAL FLOW PATH

A valve assembly with a multidirectional flow path includes a valve body that includes respective hinged portions defining respective passageways extending through the valve body when in a closed state. A flexible conduit or tubing having a loop portion and a plurality of branches extending from the loop portion is at least partially positioned within the valve body. Portions of the loop that extend beyond the valve body are encapsulated by respective rigid jackets. Multiple valves are situated on the valve body and are used to selectively pinch the loop portion in different pinching configurations to direct fluid to or from the particular branches. The valve assembly may be integrated into a manufacturing or other production process with optional additional jackets used to encapsulate the flexible conduit branches.

MEDICAL TUBE
