An agricultural vehicle includes a coupling structure for making a tool-less attachment between a first connector piece and a second connector piece. The first connector piece has at least one pin, and the second connector piece has at least one slot adapted to receive the pin in a receiving pocket that is circumferentially spaced from an axially-open inlet portion of the slot. The slot includes an inlet ramp between the slot inlet portion and the receiving pocket, and the inlet ramp is less steeply angled than a second ramp surface that forms a portion of the receiving pocket adjacent the first ramp.

Planting Apparatus

Planting apparatus includes: (i) a housing that defines: a primary guide; and first and second opposed branch guides extending laterally from the primary guide; (ii) a first runner slidably secured to, and movable along the primary guide; (iii) a second runner securable to, and movable along a first branch guide; and (iv) a third runner securable to, and movable along a second branch guide. The first, second and third runners are configured such that: the second runner is receivable from the first branch guide on to the first runner; and the third runner is receivable from the second branch guide on to the first runner. Drive means move: (i) the second runner along the first branch guide and on to the first runner; (ii) the third runner along the second branch guide and on to the first runner; and (iii) the first runner, together with either of the second or third runners received thereon, along the primary guide.

TOOLBAR POSITION MAPPING OF AN AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT
20230189688 · 2023-06-22 ·

Described herein are technologies for mapping sensed positions of a toolbar of an agricultural implement, such as when the implement moves through a crop field. The technologies include a method including (1) sensing a position of the toolbar at a geographic location of the field, (2) matching the location of the field with a position in a map of the field corresponding to the location, and (3) associating the sensed position of the toolbar to the position in the map. In some embodiments, the method includes repeating the aforesaid operations for multiple geographic locations of the field and rendering an image of the map to be displayed in a GUI. Also, in some embodiments, the method includes rendering the image of the map with an image of a yield map of the field. In some embodiments, the method includes generating a topographic map based on the sensed toolbar positions.

BULK SEED CART WITH LATERALLY ADJUSTABLE CONVEYER ASSEMBLY
20230189700 · 2023-06-22 ·

A bulk seed cart has a dual conveyor system adjustable about three axes to provide easy alignment of the conveyor discharge chute over a planter seed tank fill opening. The conveyor assembly is adjustable about a vertical axis between field and transport positions, about a first horizontal axis for laterally extending and retracting the discharge chute, and about a second horizontal axis for raising and lowering the discharge chute. The inner and outer conveyors of the conveyor assembly are linked to move in unison in a lateral direction about a first horizontal pivot axis. The outer conveyer is pivotal about the second horizontal axis and the vertical axis.
