The tool is positioned to orient the cavity in a first configuration during which a first shot injection molding of a doghouse is conducted onto a receiving location of the lifter component. The cavity is open and the tool rotated to reposition the cavity in a second configuration, following which a second shot injection molding operation is conducted for forming a skin of the panel in communication with the first shot doghouse clip. Following this, the mold is opened and the finished part removed.

Resin molding method

A resin molding method includes a first molding step of molding a first molded part and a second molded part in a mold and a second molding step of joining the first molded part and the second molded part. In the first molding step, the second molded part is formed by injecting resin into an area where a first core movable in the first direction and a second core movable in a second direction are engaged. In the second molding step, the second molded part is joined to the first molded part by injecting the resin while the first core is in contact with the second molded part and the second core is removed from the second molded part. Areas where the first core and the second core are located in the first molding step become hollow areas connected to each other and part of ends of the first core in the first direction is not in contact with the second core.

A keyboard with I-shaped key caps integrally formed by injection molding includes I-shaped key caps integrally formed, a printed circuit film, and a keyboard base plate for supporting the printed circuit film. A groove is provided on the hard sheet for flow guiding so as to achieve integral injection molding of a soft-rubber convex elastic switch body in the center of the inner side of the hard sheet. Hence, the soft-rubber convex elastic switch body is directly molded in the center of the hard sheet. In this way, during pressing, the soft-rubber convex elastic switch body can directly receive a pressing force transferred from the hard sheet, thereby achieving higher press accuracy. The disclosure solves the technical problem of injection molding/mold stripping of a traditional keyboard structure, so that a key surface, of the entire keyboard has small gaps and is pretty smooth.
