Magnetic clamp device
Provided is a magnetic clamp device that reduces a magnetic flux leaking from a magnetic circuit passing through a permanent magnet and a magnetic pole member. The magnetic clamp device includes: a permanent magnet 20 surrounding a magnetic pole member 10 and disposed on a surface of a plate PL made of a magnetic body that magnetically clamps a mold in a magnetized state; and a reversible magnet 16 capable of reversing polarity and disposed at the rear of the permanent magnet 20. The magnetic pole member 10 is constituted by a plurality of magnetic pole pieces 101, 102, 103, and 104. Each of the magnetic pole pieces has a first lateral surface R with a shape corresponding to the opposite permanent magnet 20, and a second lateral surface T at which adjacent magnetic pole pieces oppose each other. The magnetic pole member 10 moves as the first lateral surfaces R are suction-adsorbed by the permanent magnet 20 without the second lateral surfaces T interfering with each other. The magnetic pole pieces 101, 102, 103, and 104 are held from the front and rear.
Injection molding machine
An injection machine which includes a mold falling prevention device that prevents a mold fixed to a mold fixing surface from falling off from the mold fixing surface and in which are provided a bottom edge restriction member at a lower portion of said mold fixing surface so that its vertical position is variable, for implementing restriction so that the bottom edge portion of the mold does not separate from the mold fixing surface, first and second intermediate restriction members at intermediate level portions of the mold fixing surface so that their horizontal positions are variable, for respectively implementing restrictions so that a one edge portion of the mold and an other edge portion thereof in the horizontal direction do not separate from the mold fixing surface, and a vertical direction position determination mechanism that receives and stops a bottom edge surface of the mold and determines a position of the mold in the vertical direction.
Remote diagnostic system
In the present invention, constructed is a highly reliable system that does not allow unforeseen conditions to occur in the remote diagnosis of a clamp device. All combinations of status of a state detection switch mounted on a clamp device are anticipated in advance by a recursive method, and the states are defined with no omissions. A control unit 9 includes: a main body memory 9c that stores the ON/OFF state of a state switch together with the status of an injection molding machine main body, the clamp status and time information; and a main body communication unit 9d which is capable of short-range wireless communication. A message diagnosing a failure is stored in a smartphone 12 for all combinations of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch for each of the following cases: whether in mold replacement mode or not; and whether a clamp device is in a clamped state or an unclamped state, or in a state other than the forgoing. The history of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch with respect to the status of the main body and the clamp status is read from the main body memory 9c by wireless communication, and a corresponding message is displayed.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

METHOD AND SYSTEM TO ELIMINATE DROPPING OF MOLDS FOR A MOLDING MACHINE ARRANGEMENT
A method and system is provided for operating a molding machine to prevent damage when replacing a mold. The molding machine includes movable and fixed magnetic platens to open and close a mold. The system includes a flux sensor. When a set-up mode is selected, an electronic processor is configured to: enable movement of the movable magnetic platen when the crane is above the molding machine; the molding machine receives a crane load signal that is less than a marginal load value; and the flux sensor senses that the magnetic platens are magnetized and the magnetic circuit is completed; and enable movement of the movable platen to remove/insert the mold when the crane is above the molding machine; the molding machine receives a crane load signal wherein a load is greater than the marginal load value; and the flux sensor senses that the magnetic circuit is not completed.
Method and system to eliminate dropping of molds for a molding machine arrangement

ROTARY MULTI-INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A rotary multi-injection molding machine includes a rotary station in which a rotational driving source is disposed; a rotary disposed above the rotary station and rotates by the rotational driving source; a plurality of molds disposed spaced apart from each other on the rotary, in which a cavity is formed at least one of a fixed mold and a movable mold, and in which an injection passage through which material passes is formed in the movable mold; an injection molding machine for molding and supplying a material; a guide having a guide passage formed therein for guiding the material supplied from the injection molding machine to the injection passage; a lifting and lowering mechanism for lifting and lowering the guide; in which the guide, when the guide is lowered by the lifting and lowering mechanism, may press the movable mold from above the movable mold.
