Spread control mechanism
A spread control assembly is provided that includes a spread control mechanism and a shut-off adjustment plate attached to a particulate dispersing apparatus. The shut-off adjustment plate includes multiple exit openings that facilitate the dispersing of particulate material. The spread control mechanism pivotally attaches to the shut-off adjustment plate and includes multiple paddles configured to cover at least one of the exit openings in the shut-off adjustment plate when the spread control mechanism is in an activated position.

A computer-implemented method for applying a product on an agricultural field, comprising the steps: receiving a control signal to start an adaptation of a product rate and/or of a frequency during a current application of the product on the agricultural field (S10); continuously determining a current amount of the product in a tank of an application device for applying the product (S20); continuously determining a current position of the application device in a route through the agricultural field (S30); continuously adapting the product rate and/or the frequency based on the current position of the application device in the route through the agricultural field and the current amount of the product in the tank of the application device such that at the end of the route of the application device through the agricultural field a predetermined amount of the product is in the tank (S40).

The present invention discloses an agricultural aircraft for spreading granular fertilizer and a spreading method thereof. The agricultural aircraft includes an aircraft body, a power system, and a spreading device, where the spreading device is located at a front part of the aircraft body, and the aircraft body is also provided at the front thereof with a wind direction sensor and a wind speed sensor communicatively connected a controller; the spreading device includes a box body, a throwing disc, and a tray connected to the box body, where a left baffle plate and a right baffle plate with controllable opening angles are disposed on the tray; an upper part of the box body is a material box for storing granular fertilizer, a cavity for accommodating the tray and the throwing disc is disposed on one side of the box body.

A method and arrangement for storing and recalling of setting values of a vehicle (10) and/or implement (14) that can be used for agricultural purposes comprising the following steps: inputting of at least one setting value for an actuator (49) of the vehicle (10) and/or implement (14) by a user interface; transmitting of a command based on the setting value to a control unit (32, 34, 38, 48) standing in operational connection with the actuator (49); and storing of setting data based on the setting value in a memory (72) in order to recall the setting value on the user interface or another user interface as required, wherein the setting value is converted into setting data using meta data regarding technical properties of the vehicle (10) and/or implement (14), the setting data representing a physical measure of the adjustment of the vehicle (10) and/or implement (14) achieved by the actuator (49) based on the setting value, the measure calculated based on the meta data and the setting value, and the setting data stored together with the meta data.
SPREADER FOR PARTICULATE MATERIAL WITH IMPROVED SPREAD CONTROL
An apparatus for spreading particulate material has a bin for holding particulate material, a rotatable disc for broadcasting the particulate material to a ground surface, a conveyor for conveying the particulate material in a particulate material path from the hopper to the rotatable disc, and a plurality of sluices situated in the particulate material path between the bin and the rotatable disc. Each sluice receives a portion of the particulate material and delivers the portion of particulate material to a radial and/or angular position on the rotatable disc. At least one of the sluices is independently moveable to adjust the radial and/or angular position on the rotatable disc to which the portion of particulate material from the at least one independently moveable sluice is delivered.
Flow divider for spinner spreader
A longitudinally adjustable flow divider situated in the particulate material path of a spinner spreader between the bin and the rotatable disc divides the particulate material so that the particulate material is dischargeable on to the upper surface of the rotatable disc on first and second laterally spaced apart longitudinally oriented drop lines. An actuator operably connected to the flow divider adjusts a longitudinal position of the flow divider to longitudinally adjust drop points on the drop lines at which the particulate material is dischargeable on to the rotatable disc. Longitudinal adjustment of the drop points along laterally spaced apart drop lines on one spinner disc permits control over spread pattern to help achieve uniform distribution of the particulate material on a ground surface.

A spraying support system for a working machine, includes: a support device including a plan creator portion to create a spraying plan representing a relation between field information relating to a field to which spray substance is sprayed and spraying information including spraying amount of the spray substance; a plan obtainer device provided to a working machine having a sprayer device to spray the spray substance and configured to obtain the spraying plan created by the plan creator portion; and a spraying controller device to control a sprayer portion of the sprayer device based on the spraying information of the spraying plan obtained by the plan obtainer device.
METHOD OF SPREADING GRANULAR MATERIAL
A method of spreading granular material by a spreader utilizes first and second rotatingly drivable centrifugal disks arranged side by side, and includes steps of: detecting a field-internal spreading boundary, which extends ahead of the spreader in a direction of movement of the spreader and which necessitates an adaptation of distribution characteristics of the spreader during traveling on at least one tramline; reducing an amount of granular material applied to the second centrifugal disk, which is part of the spreader and which faces the field-internal spreading boundary, during traveling through a first range close to the field-internal spreading boundary; and increasing the amount of granular material applied to the first centrifugal disk, which is part of the spreader and which faces away from the field-internal spreading boundary, during traveling through the first range close to the field-internal spreading boundary.

Disclosed is an assembly for a dosing system of a spreader machine for distributing a granular material or the like, which comprises first and second members provided with first and second openings, respectively, and an actuator connected to at least one of the first and second members and configured to provide a driving force between the first and second members, thereby, adjusting an opening size of a dosing opening provided by an overlapping area between the first and second openings, wherein the relative movement is conducted by linear movement of at least one of the first and second members.

Disclosed is an assembly for a dosing system of a spreader machine for distributing a granular material or the like, which comprises first and second members provided with first and second openings, respectively, and an actuator connected to at least one of the first and second members and configured to provide a driving force between the first and second members, thereby, adjusting an opening size of a dosing opening provided by an overlapping area between the first and second openings. The first and second members are moveable by relative movement into a first position providing the dosing opening with a first opening size and a second position, different from the first position, providing the dosing opening with a second opening size different from the first opening size, wherein a center portion of the dosing opening is locally fixed when the members are moved between the first and second positions.
