A device for securing and/or releasing injection moulds for plastics injection moulding includes a slide retainer that is located in a receiving mould region, can be pushed into predefined, complementary regions of a corresponding sliding mould region and comprises a roller which is rotatably mounted in a housing and over which the sliding mould region can roll. A spring-loaded pressure piece comprises the housing and a slide retainer spring that presses against the housing, for engaging in an opening in the sliding mould region. The housing has a pre-loading projection in a peripheral region for pre-loading by means of the slide retainer spring. One or more fixing screws run through the housing and is/are screwed into a complementary opening in the receiving mould region. A central lead-through means is provided and each of the one or more fixing screws runs through one through-opening of the lead-through means.
Injection molding tool and method for producing a molded part
An injection molding tool for producing a molded part and a corresponding method are disclosed. The injection mold tool comprises a first tool mold half and a second tool mold half, which together with a first slider and at least one second slider define a free space for the molded part to be produced. A lever which is pretensioned with an elastic element is assigned to an end switch such that a movable and free end of the lever cooperates with the end switch due to a movement of the first slider.

A finishing/covering element for a component in a vehicle passenger compartment has a front surface facing, in use, the inside of the passenger compartment and a rear surface facing, in use, the component on which the finishing/covering element is fitted; the finishing/covering element is manufactured by moulding a thermoplastic material in a mould, which has a first and a second forming surface facing one another; the first forming surface forms the outline of the front surface and is embossed so as to form a corresponding embossing on the front surface, without further treatments and/or coating operations and/or processing on the front surface after the moulding; at the same time, the moulded thermoplastic material comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane reinforced by reinforcement fibres.

NEEDLE SHIELD GRIP DEVICES AND RELATED METHODS
A needle guard grip device may include a body extending from a first end to a second end along a central longitudinal axis of the body. The body may include a plurality of ribs extending perpendicularly to the central longitudinal axis. The plurality of ribs may include a first set of longitudinally spaced ribs disposed on a first side of the central longitudinal axis, and a second set of longitudinally spaced ribs disposed on a second side of the central longitudinal axis that is opposite of the first side. Moving along the central longitudinal axis, ribs of the first set of longitudinally spaced ribs may alternate with ribs of the second set of longitudinally spaced ribs.
INJECTION MOLD, TRANSPARENT PLASTIC PART AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD
An injection mold, including: an insert, a fixed half, a moving half and a core. The fixed half has a first groove and a rubber inlet communicating with the first groove. The moving half is configured for matching with the fixed half, the moving half has a second groove, and the fixed half and the moving half are arranged in layers to form a cavity together by the first groove communicating with the second groove. The core is partially embedded in the second groove and connected to the movable mold, the core has a diameter variable end at least partially located in the cavity. The insert is arranged on an end face of the diameter variable end, a first molding section is formed between the insert and a bottom of the first groove, the first molding section is configured for injection molding the flat portion.
Injection molding device and injection method thereof
Provided is an injection molding device, including an injection port arranged on an upper mold base; an upper mold arranged in the upper mold base, wherein at least one ejection port, a gasket groove and a gasket are provided and the ejection portion is connected to the injection port; a lower mold base operatively aligned with or separated from the upper mold base and provided with at least one gas passage for the gas to enter or exit; and a lower mold disposed on the lower mold base. The lower mold base is aligned with or separated from the upper mold base, the lower mold is provided with a mold cavity and at least one shaped air path is provided to connect the mold cavity with the gas passage. The lower mold is a porous material and has a plurality of pores. Gas is pre-injected into the mold cavity through the gas passage and at least one air path to maintain a preset pressure inside the mold cavity. Gas is spewed out through the plurality of pores, thereby causing a finished product to exit the mold cavity. In addition, the present disclosure also provides an injection molding method.
Blind Installation of Injection Mold Components
What is presented is a system for blind securing injection mold components to an injection molding machine. The system comprises a shuttle plate that has at least one locking mechanism mounted to it. Each locking mechanism has a larger installation area and a smaller lock area. Each injection mold component has a notch that has a corresponding geometry to the lock area such that the said injection mold component is configured to be inserted into the installation area and the shuttle plate is configured to move to seat the notch into the lock area and secure the injection mold component to the shuttle plate.
