METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SEALING MEMBER AND MOLD THEREFOR
A sealing device seals a gap between an inner member and an outer member that rotate relative to each other. The sealing device includes a sealing member. The sealing member includes a rigid ring including a sleeve part and a flange part, and an elastic ring adhering closely to both surfaces of the flange part. The elastic ring includes an annular circular part and water-discharging protrusions on a side of the sleeve part of the rigid ring. The elastic ring includes an annular part on a side opposite the sleeve part. A mold for manufacturing the sealing member includes a first mold including a cylindrical cavity in which the sleeve part is supported, an annular circular cavity for forming the circular part, protrusion cavities for forming the water-discharging protrusions, and posts disposed in the circular cavity and being brought into contact with the flange part of the rigid ring.
NON-PNEUMATIC TIRES AND TOOLS FOR MANUFACTURING NON-PNEUMATIC TIRES
A molding tool for forming a non-pneumatic tire includes a wheel portion cavity, a tread ring portion cavity, and a plurality of spoke cavities extending between the wheel portion cavity and the tread ring portion cavity. At least a subset spoke cavities within the plurality of spoke cavities include at least one of a non-uniform thickness, a non-uniform width, and a non-uniform surface. Also, the molding tool can include a conformal thermal control channel, e.g., a conformal cooling channel and/or a conformal heating channel, proximate to at least one mold cavity.
PLASTIC FAUCET BODY AND A DIE FOR MOLDING THE SAME
The invention discloses a plastic faucet body and a molding tool thereof. The faucet body includes a left water inlet pipe (1) and a right water inlet pipe (2), wherein a left valve seat installation recess (11) is formed in the left water inlet pipe (1) and a right valve seat installation recess (21) is formed in the right water inlet pipe (2). A connecting cross-beam (3) is disposed between the left water inlet pipe (1) and the right water inlet pipe (2), wherein the connecting cross-beam (3) is provided with a water outlet (31) and a middle water channel is formed within the connecting cross-beam (3). The middle water channel includes a left water inlet channel (32) and a right water inlet channel (33), wherein the left water inlet pipe (1) and the water outlet (31) are connected with the left water inlet channel (32), and the right water inlet pipe (2) and the water outlet (31) are connected with the right water inlet channel (33), and the left water inlet channel (32) and the right water inlet channel are arc-shaped or U-shaped. The invention also discloses a molding tool of the plastic faucet. The faucet has good sealing performance and the plastic faucet body is integrally molded, such that the manufacturing process is simplified and the cost is reduced and the production efficiency is improved.

A fixing device for securing a thin-walled component according to an embodiment includes: a support; a pressing portion provided on the support and including: a pressure generator located at a center of the support; and a plurality of pressure transmitters arranged around the pressure generator and extending in a radial direction of the thin-walled component; and a plurality of elastic members connected to the plurality of pressure transmitters, wherein the plurality of pressure transmitters are configured to move the plurality of elastic members in the radial direction.
COMBINED INJECTION MOULDING AND EXTRUSION
A method that combines injection molding and extrusion is disclosed. First, a molten material is injected into a mold via an injection gate, the mold comprising a first portion and a second portion. Next, additional molten material is injected via the injection gate and pushed through an extrusion die located in the first portion of the mold and the second portion is separated from the first portion. In embodiments, the second portion is separated from the first portion before the additional material is injected. In other embodiments, the second portion is separated from the first portion simultaneously with the additional material being injected. The method may be used to produce longer and thinner parts with detailed features, such as catheters.

Blower
A blower which uses a rotation prevention member in which a rotating shaft with circular cross section is press-fitted is disclosed. The blower includes a scroll housing, a resin-made stator which is press-fitted on a rotating shaft with circular cross section, and a centrifugal fan which has a boss inserted on the stator, a cone extending from the boss, and blades extending from the cone, in which the stator and boss are a tubular members. A stator engagement part is formed in a stator outer circumferential face. The stator has a first weld face which extends substantially perpendicular to an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and second and third weld faces which are arranged to extend in the axial direction. A boss engagement part is formed in an inner circumferential face of a boss through hole and engages with the stator.
INJECTION MOLDING METHOD FOR RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT AND INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS
An injection molding method for a resin molded product includes a first molding step of molding an intermediate molded body with first and second main molds and a first slide mold that is closed in an axial direction of the first and second main molds. The injection molding method for the resin molded product further includes a detachment step of detaching the first slide mold from the intermediate molder body and a second molding step of molding a second annular wall portion on the intermediate molded body using a second slide mold that is closed along the axial direction against a tube end surface of the intermediate molded body and first and second core molds that is closed against the intermediate molded body in a direction orthogonal to the axis.

The disclosure relates to a plastic faucet body and a molding tool. The faucet body includes a left water inlet pipe and a right water inlet pipe, wherein a left valve seat installation recess is formed in the left water inlet pipe and a right valve seat installation recess is formed in the right water inlet pipe. A connecting cross-beam is disposed between the left water inlet pipe and the right water inlet pipe, wherein the connecting cross-beam is provided with a water outlet and a middle water channel is formed within the connecting cross-beam. The middle water channel includes a left water inlet channel and a right water inlet channel, wherein the left water inlet pipe and the water outlet are connected with the left water inlet channel, and the right water inlet pipe and the water outlet are connected with the right water inlet channel, and the left water inlet channel and the right water inlet channel are arc-shaped or U-shaped.
DONUT TOOLING MOLD STRUCTURE AND METHOD
An injection molding apparatus for generally toroidal or donut-shaped articles having a hollow interior includes a hollow-interior forming member that is positioned within the mold cavity during injection to form the hollow interior of the article, and that is moved away from the mold cavity to allow removal of the molded article when the injection molding apparatus is opened following molding. The hollow-interior forming member includes an open section or gap that is closed by a gap-filling member when the injection molding apparatus is closed. When the injection molding apparatus is opened following molding, the gap-filling member vacates the open section or gap to enable the molded article to be manually separated from the annular member.
