MULTILAYERED INJECTION MOLDED INTERLACE-LIKE ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR MOLDING SAME
Provided is a panel, an article including such a panel and method of its manufacture, where the panel includes a base layer having a first face and a second face, integrally sandwiched between a first exterior layer applied over the first face, and a second exterior layer applied over the second face. In addition, the bulging portions of the base layer projecting from the first face and the second face are exposed through respective openings at the first exterior layer and the second exterior layer, extending in register with said bulging portions.
System for manufacturing polymer parts by injection and associated method
The invention relates to a system for manufacturing polymer parts, comprising: a material-injection portion, a mould movable between at least one open position and a closed position, the mould comprising an outer mould portion, wherein the injection portion is suitable for injecting material into the closed mould so as to form at least one part when the injection portion is connected to the closed mould, and wherein the system is suitable for moving the injection portion relative to the mould after injection, the outer portion being kept in contact with the part formed by injection in order to cool the part during the movement of the injection portion.
INJECTION MOLDING DIE FOR MESH FILTER AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD FOR MESH FILTER
Four gates are provided in one end surface of the inner cylinder cavity section of an injection molding die along the circumferential direction of an inner cylinder cavity section. The gates are disposed in intermediate parts between a first central line and a second central line when the first central line passes through the center of the inner cylinder cavity section in parallel to the X-axis and the second central line passes through the center of the inner cylinder cavity section 1 in parallel to the Y-axis on an X-Y plane orthogonal to a central axis of the inner cylinder cavity section. The gates are opened in the positions in which the filling rate is apt to reduce in the filter portion cavity section and the gates are not opened in the positions in which the filling rate is apt to increase in the filter portion cavity section.
FLUID MANIFOLD AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A method of making a fluid manifold may include the use of a mold, a mandrel, and a distal support. A fluid manifold may include a primary channel, a plurality of secondary channels, and a distal channel, and the primary channel may be coterminous with the distal channel.
PLATE SUPPORT FOR A SELF-INKING STAMP
A method for manufacturing a plate support for a self-inking stamp and plate support with a print side for attaching a text plate to the plate support, with two journals defining a swiveling axis of the plate support about which swiveling axis the plate support is mounted to swivel when used in a self-inking stamp, and with a reinforcing axle at least partially penetrating the two journals, integrally forms the journals with the plate support.
INJECTION-MOLDING METHOD FOR MESH FILTER, INJECTION-MOLDING MOLD, AND MESH FILTER
A third cavity part for forming a filter part of a mesh filter has opening forming pins of the same number as that of openings for forming regular-octagonal openings of the filter part. The opening forming pins are formed at regular intervals along an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction, and a diameter of an inscribed circle of the regular octagon is equivalent to the dimension between the adjacent opening forming pins along the X-axis direction and along the Y-axis direction. The interval between a first line and a second line adjacent to the first line of the opening forming pins formed at regular intervals along a direction at 45 to the X-axis direction is equivalent to the interval between a third line and a fourth line adjacent to the third line of the opening forming pins formed at regular intervals along a direction at 135 to the X-axis direction.
TUBULAR MESH FILTER
A tubular mesh filter has a first ring-shaped portion formed in one end side of a tubular filter portion that filters out a foreign object from a fluid and a second ring-shaped portion formed in the other end side of the filter portion. The first and second ring-shaped portions are thicker than the filter portion. The first and second ring-shaped portions and the filter portion are injection-molded in an integral manner by initially injecting molten resin into a first cavity portion used to shape the first ring-shaped portion, flowing the molten resin filled in the first cavity portion evenly to a second cavity portion used to shape the filter portion, and supplying the molten resin filled in the second cavity portion to a third cavity portion used to shape the second ring-shaped portion.
Heat exchanger and method for manufacturing same
The heat exchanger includes at least one tube array in which refrigerant flows, the tube array includes a plurality of tubes each having a channel formed therein, and connection members coupled to opposite ends of the tubes so as to interconnect the tubes, and the tubes are injection molded integrally with the connection members.
OVERHEAD CONSOLE BUTTON CARRIER HAVING A UNITARY BODY
A mold assembly, for an overhead console button carrier having a unitary body, includes a cavity side and a core side. The core side includes at least one zero draft core insert, a first buried retractor mechanism and a first slide mechanism.
CORE PIN ASSEMBLY FOR MANUFACTURING PIVOT SHAFT HOUSING FOR A VEHICLE WIPER DEVICE, A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PIVOT SHAFT HOUSING AND A PIVOT SHAFT HOUSING
The present invention relates to a core pin assembly comprising two sliding elements configured for use as a component of a mold assembly for a pivot shaft housing wherein the core pin assembly comprises two sliding elements provided with a plurality of longitudinal projections forming a plurality of longitudinal recesses there between; and a shape of the longitudinal projections of one sliding element corresponds to a shape of the longitudinal recesses of the other sliding element; wherein the two separate sliding elements are configured for engaging in a reversible manner, so that the longitudinal projections of one sliding element are positioned in the longitudinal recesses of the other sliding element. The present invention further relates to a method of manufacturing pivot shaft housing using the core pin assembly. The invention relates also to a pivot shaft housing comprising a hole for supporting a pivot shaft, obtained using this method.
