Die for injection molding, production apparatus for container made of resin, and plug unit
An injection molding mold including: a flow path through which a molten resin passes; a main body portion including an introduction portion configured to introduce the molten resin into the flow path and a supply portion configured to supply the molten resin from the flow path to a cavity mold; and a plug unit formed with a plug flow path which is a part of the flow path, the plug unit being attachable to the main body portion, in which a prevention portion configured to prevent a pressure loss from occurring when the molten resin passes through the flow path is formed at a portion of the plug flow path where a moving direction of the molten resin changes.
RESILIENT POLYMER HUNTING DECOY
Provided a resilient waterfowl decoy comprising a molded body with an upper side and a lower side, having an interior cavity, the molded body constructed from a non-brittle copolymer; two keels attached to the lower side of the body, each adapted to receive a weight; two weights each sized and shaped to be received by one of the two keels; and a vent port oriented to allow the passage of air from the interior cavity through the molded body.
INJECTION MOLD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INJECTION-MOLDED PARTS
An injection mold for manufacturing injection-molded parts by injecting injection molding material into a cavity having a contour corresponding to the injection-molded part to be manufactured. The injection mold includes a distribution channel for injection molding material which is connectable to an injection nozzle and is in communicative connection with the cavity. The distribution channel includes a compensating volume region having a volume, determined by the type and number of cavities connected to the distribution channel, for accommodating injection molding material during the injection molding process.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MOLDING A HOLLOW ARTICLE
A method of forming a hollow article includes injecting a first molding material into a first mold cavity at a first injection pressure to form a first molded shell and injecting a second molding material into a second mold cavity at a second injection pressure to form a second molded shell. The first molded shell has a first peripheral edge, and the second molded shell has a second peripheral edge. The method includes positioning the first shell and second shell into facing relation with the first and second peripheral edges in a third cavity, and injecting a third molding material into the third cavity at a third injection pressure to bond together the first and second shells along the first and second peripheral edges to form the hollow article. The third injection pressure is less than the first injection pressure by at least about 3.5 bar.
WATERPROOF GASKET STRUCTURE AND GASKET SHAPING MOLD THEREOF
A waterproof gasket structure and its gasket shaping mold are provided. The gasket shaping mold includes a mold seat having a surface, and plural mold cavity ring-grooves concavely formed on the surface, each having two corresponding longitudinal groove sections. At least one longitudinal groove section has one or more inwardly bent wavy bent portions, and plural turning round corner portions are formed at the junction between the longitudinal groove section and the wavy bent portion, and each turning round corner portion has a radius equal to or greater than 6 mm. Therefore, the middle of the mold cavity ring-groove can be utilized effectively, and plural waterproof gaskets can be manufactured by the same gasket shaping mold while achieving the effects of reducing the mold volume, improving the manufacturing efficiency, and saving the manufacturing cost.
Compound lens for use with illumination sources in optical systems
A compound lens and a related method of manufacture are provided. The compound lens includes a first lens element and a second lens element such that a light emitting surface of the first lens element is integrally joined to a light receiving surface of the second lens element, the first and second lens element being in optical alignment with each other. The first and second lens element are molded from optical grade silicone and can achieve complex illumination objectives not possible with single lens constructions. The method of manufacture includes injecting a silicone resin molding compound into a mold cavity having the desired shape of the compound lens. The method of manufacture can include over-molding a lens holding member onto the compound lens and adding electro-optically active particles to a surface of the compound lens or to the silicone resin forming the compound lens.
WHEEL COMPONENT, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING, AND TOOL DEVICE
A wheel component, method, and tool device for a bicycle, including a plurality of integrally interconnected component parts, which form a spoked rim, wherein the rim and spokes are manufactured of a fibrous composite material by an injection molding process with fluid injection, wherein the liquefied fibrous composite material is injected into a cavity of a tool device, and a fluid is injected into the partially liquid fibrous composite material within the cavity to form at least one hollow space within the component part. A further component part forming a spoke, is manufactured by an injection molding process, wherein a mold core device for forming a hollow space within the spoke is disposed within a further cavity of the tool device. The fibrous composite material is injected into the further cavity. The mold core device is retracted from the fibrous composite material to form a cavity in the spoke.
Cuboctahedron lattice materials
A method for the design, manufacture, and assembly of modular lattice structures composed of cuboctahedron unit cells.
Manufacture method of liquid supply member and manufacture apparatus
First and second constituting components are injection-molded and joined within one pair of molds. In order to join the first and second constituting components, one of the respective regions of the first and second constituting components abutted to each other is pushed into the other.
Adaptive Writing Utensil
A writing utensil adapted for promoting the development of a tripod writing grip includes an elongate body having a substantially polygonal cross section, and having three faces extending between a proximal end and a distal end thereof, and a boss member extending from an intermediate portion of the elongate body, the boss member being adapted for impeding a user's fingers from sliding along a longitudinal axis of the elongate body.
