An aim of the present invention is to enable a molten resin to be fed from a hot runner apparatus into preform molding portions of an injection molding mold without a higher temperature and lower viscosity resin being present in a biased manner and to enable preforms having no biased portion of a higher temperature and lower viscosity resin in their circumferential direction.

An introducing runner portion (18) of a hot runner apparatus (9) is bent toward a horizontal runner portion (15) after reaching an elevation plane (A) passing through a position of the horizontal runner portion (15) in an up-and-down direction and continuous with an intermediate portion of the horizontal runner portion (15) in the elevation plane (A).

A production method of a floor for quick side-slide installation includes the following steps: step 1: sorting of floor blanks; step 2: curing of the floor blanks; step 3: sanding of the floor blanks; step 4: cutting-to-thickness of the floor blanks; step 5: surface treatment of the floor blanks; step 6: cutting-to-length and molding of the floor blanks; step 7: spraying of anti-cracking oil on the floor blanks; step 8: plastic encapsulation of the floor blanks; step 9: application of a paint to back surfaces of the floor blanks; and step 10: application of the paint or vegetable oil to the floor blanks. A locking frame is hidden under bosses of a floor blank after being injection-molded, which achieves high locking accuracy and firm assembly.

Injection mould

An injection mould comprises first and second relatively movable mould halves defining at least one mould cavity between them, a first of the halves having a sprue through which moulding material is injected, a runner leading from the sprue to at least one gate into the or each mould cavity. The mould is characterised in that, when the mould halves are engaged one with the other, an insert projects from one mould half into a corresponding recess in the other mould half at a position corresponding to the or each gate into the mould cavity, the insert having a cutting groove extending therealong opening into an end face of the insert, the end face being in communication with the sprue and the opposite end of the groove being in communication with the gate, the groove thereby constituting at least a part of the runner, the groove extending at an acute angle to the relative direction of movement of the mould halves whereby, as the mould halves are separated, a cutting edge of the groove travels across the gate to shear the material in the gate.

Hot channel device

A hot channel device for guiding an incoming hot melt, in particular a plastic melt, to a gate opening of a mould insert of a tool, which gate opening can be opened and closed again by a movable needle, wherein the hot channel device has a first hot channel region, with a coolable melt transfer region, and a second hot channel region, which are arranged one behind the other in the flow direction of the melt toward the mould insert, wherein the coolable melt transfer region has a melt transfer chamber, which is penetrated by the needle, said needle being guided displaceably in a needle channel so as to be sealed by a needle seal, and the needle channel continues in an aligned manner in a melt channel of the second hot channel region.

Disclosed is a side-gate nozzle having a nozzle body, a nozzle tip and a transfer member. The nozzle body includes a heater, a longitudinally extending nozzle channel, and a bore extending from an exterior side wall of the nozzle body to the nozzle channel. The nozzle tip includes a tip member, a tip channel extending therethrough and a sealing member surrounding the tip member and in which the tip member is received. The transfer member seats against a step in the bore in the nozzle body and includes a bearing surface against which the nozzle tip is slidably seated and a transfer channel extending therethrough in fluid communication between the nozzle channel and the tip channel. In operation thermal expansion of the transfer member along its length applies a sealing force against the nozzle tip.

Vehicular resin molded article

A vehicular resin molded article is formed by solidifying a molten resin filled in a cavity of an injection mold and having a concave gate mark formed by a valve pin and remaining thereon in which L/T is 190 or more where L is a flow distance of the molten resin from the gate mark to a filling terminal and T is a maximum thickness. When the valve pin is moved to the cavity side and is pressed against the molten resin, since the contact area of a tip end portion with respect to the molten resin in the vehicular resin molded article increases and the temperature of the tip end portion in the valve pin tends to decrease, the portion of the vehicular resin molded article where the valve pin is pressed against is sufficiently solidified and string drawing or silver streak is less likely to occur.
