Multi-component injection-molding machine having a rotatable center part
In a three-plate injection-molding machine comprising a nozzle plate, a movable second mold clamping plate, a movable end plate, a closing unit that acts between the end plate and the second mold clamping plate, and a turning unit arranged between the nozzle plate and the second mold clamping plate, rails extend between the nozzle plate and the end plate. The mold-half carrier of the turning unit is supported on a support structure so that it can be rotated about an axis transverse to the machine axis, which support structure forms the abutment for the mold-half carrier rotary drive. The weight of the support structure and mold-half carrier of the turning unit is transferred into the machine bed by means of linear guides, and a substantial part of the reaction torque applied to the support structure is transferred to one of the rails by means of one supporting guide.
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE WITH STACK MOLD FOR INJECTION COMPRESSION MOLDING APPLICATIONS AND INJECTION COMPRESSION MOLDING PROCESS
An injection-molding machine includes a stack mold having a snorkel supplying melt to a central part of the stack mold. A biased movable part of the snorkel and a nozzle of an injection unit can be pressed against one another during the injecting process, wherein a position of the injection unit can be fixed in the longitudinal machine direction, when the stack mold is in a position for performing a compression molding stroke. A bias and a stroke executable by the movable part of the snorkel can be adjusted, so that the nozzle and the snorkel remain pressed against each other at least while the compression molding stroke is executed during the injection process. The position of the injection unit is held during an injection process while the compression molding stroke is executed
Plastic faucet body and a die for molding the same
A plastic faucet body and a die for molding the same are provided. The plastic faucet body comprises a left water inlet pipe and a right water inlet pipe, where a connecting cross-beam is disposed between the left water inlet pipe and the right water inlet pipe, the left water inlet pipe and the right water inlet pipe are embedded with a threaded copper pipe, respectively, the copper pipes are formed integrally with the plastic faucet body by means of a single stage process and are in communication with the corresponding left water inlet pipe and the right water inlet pipe, respectively.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LIQUID SUPPLY UNIT
A method of manufacturing a liquid supply unit includes a first molding step and a second molding step. In a first molding step, a resin is injected into different positions inside a mold assembly and a first member having a first contact portion, a second member having a second contact portion and an intermediate passage member having a passage structure to connect the first contact portion to the second contact portion are molded. In a second molding step, the mold assembly is disassembled, a die slide mold disposed inside the mold assembly is moved for positioning the members. Then, the mold assembly is clamped again and a resin is injected into the mold assembly. The first contact portion and the second contact portion are respectively held on the same surfaces inside the mold assembly during a period from the first molding step to completion of the second molding step.
INCLINED TYPE INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
An inclined type injection molding machine, comprising an injection part with a glue injection spray nozzle, an injection platform seat and a rack. The rack comprises a die closing and locking mechanism configured to install a die having a die pouring gate on the top center of the die. The injection platform seat has a horizontal base and an inclined surface, and the injection part is erected on the inclined surface with the injection platform seat horizontally erected at the part of the rack. The central line of the injection part is inclined to the central line of the die closing and locking mechanism, and the die closing and locking mechanism drives the die to perform a die opening and die closing motion in which the glue injection spray nozzle is able to keep contact with or be separated from the die pouring gate.
