Inclined type injection molding machine
An inclined type injection molding machine, comprising an injection part with a glue injection spray nozzle, an injection platform seat and a rack. The rack comprises a die closing and locking mechanism configured to install a die having a die pouring gate on the top center of the die. The injection platform seat has a horizontal base and an inclined surface, and the injection part is erected on the inclined surface with the injection platform seat horizontally erected at the part of the rack. The central line of the injection part is inclined to the central line of the die closing and locking mechanism, and the die closing and locking mechanism drives the die to perform a die opening and die closing motion in which the glue injection spray nozzle is able to keep contact with or be separated from the die pouring gate.

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND MOLDING METHOD
A plastic injection molding machine and molding method related to an injection molding machine for stack molds, wherein the central portion of the mold remains fixed and it has two molding faces that act on the fixed central portion by means of a hydraulic chamber that produces the clamping force and prevents the deformations due to bending on the molding faces. Likewise, it relates to a molding method.

Method for producing parts
A method for producing parts from polymer in a mould comprising first and second mould portions that can be moved relative to each other, comprising: closing (202) the mould in order to form a first injection cavity connected to an injection device by the first mould portion, injecting (204) material into the first injection cavity in order to form a first part, moving (206) one of the mould portions relative to the other, the first part remaining connected to the second mould portion, closing (208) the mould to form: a second injection cavity connected to the injection device by the first mould portion, and a first solidification cavity in which the first part is disposed, injecting (210) material into the second injection cavity to form a second part and simultaneously solidifying the first part disposed in the first solidification cavity.

MOLD DEVICE AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD
A mold device includes a primary mold and a secondary mold. The primary mold includes a cavity mold and a primary core mold. The primary mold is configured to inject a first resin material into a first cavity to mold a primary molded product, the first cavity being formed by clamping the cavity mold and the primary core mold. The secondary mold includes the cavity mold and a secondary core mold. The secondary mold is configured to inject a second resin material into a second cavity to stack mold a secondary molded product on a peripheral edge of the primary molded product. The second cavity is formed by clamping the cavity mold and the secondary core mold. The cavity mold is configured to hold the primary molded product. The cavity mold includes a primary molded product holding portion configured to project into and retract from the first cavity, on a parting line of the primary mold. The secondary core mold includes a slide portion configured to project into and retract from the second cavity on a parting line of the secondary mold. The slide portion having a shape that complements the primary molded product holding portion. At the time of mold opening in primary molding, the primary molded product holding portion protrudes into the first cavity locks an end surface of the primary molded product to hold the primary molded product in the cavity mold. At the time of mold clamping in secondary molding, the primary molded product holding portion retracts from the second cavity and the slide portion slides relative to the primary molded product holding portion to protrude into the second cavity, to define the second cavity.
