In order to provide a method for producing a plastics component by means of which a plastics component having at least one fastening portion for fastening at least one fastening element is producible simply, it is proposed that the method should include producing a base body of the plastics component and at least one fastening portion of the base body in a single method step by means of a moulding tool, wherein the fastening portion includes at least one receiving opening into which a fastening element is introducible in a direction of introduction, for the purpose of fixing it to the fastening portion, wherein the fastening portion includes at least one undercut portion which adjoins the receiving opening in the direction of introduction and to which the fastening element is fixable with positive engagement for the purpose of fixing it in opposition to the direction of introduction.

Disclosed is an injection molding method for a degradable intravascular stent with a flexible mold core structure. The injection molding method includes the following steps: Step 1, winding a metal rod with a flexible metal film, and applying an inward bending stress to the flexible metal film; Step 2, fixing the flexible metal film to the metal rod, and processing a complementary structure of the degradable intravascular stent on the surface of the flexible metal film; Step 3, performing injection molding processing: Step 4, ending the injection molding, removing the mating body of the flexible metal film and the metal rod and the degradable intravascular stent formed on the surface of the flexible metal film by injection molding, performing cooling, separating the metal rod from the flexible metal film, withdrawing the metal rod, and then removing the flexible metal film to obtain a formed degradable intravascular stent.

A device for electromagnetic forming of components having a cavity may include: a core extending along a central axis and configured to be fitted into the cavity to carry out a forming operation on a component; wherein the core may be configured to be pulled out of the cavity after the forming operation, wherein the core may include a plurality of segments in parallel arrangement, wherein the segments may be made of non-conductive material, and wherein the segments may be configured to alternate between a machining configuration, in which the segments are locked together to prepare the core for a machining operation, and an extraction configuration, in which the segments mutually slide to reduce a diameter of the core and to remove the core from the cavity; and drive means for moving the segments, wherein the drive means is configured to alternate the segments between the machining and extraction configurations.
MOLD APPARATUS
A mold apparatus for molding a rotating member includes: a column mold portion including a first column molding hole extending in a first direction and configured to mold a column portion therein and a first blade molding groove formed as an intaglio on an inner circumferential surface of the first column molding hole to have a shape corresponding to a blade and configured to mold the blade therein, and an extraction guide configured to push a first end of the column portion in the first direction to thereby extract the column portion from the first column molding hole, at least a portion of the extraction guide being positioned inside the first column molding hole. The extraction guide is configured to press the column portion to thereby extract the column portion from the first column molding hole while the column portion rotates in an inclined direction of the blade.
