INJECTION MOLDING METHOD AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
Mold clamping conditions, including a predetermined mold gap, a predetermined mold clamping force, a predetermined back pressure for a movable mold, a predetermined mold closing pressure, and a predetermined mold closing pressure adjustment condition associated with the compression state of a molding material, are set beforehand. At the time of molding, an injection filling process for causing the injection device to inject and fill the molding material into a mold of a mold clamping device for which the mold clamping conditions have been set is performed, and, after completion of the injection filling process, a compression process is performed on the basis of the mold clamping conditions including the mold closing pressure adjustment condition.
RESIN MOLDING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE
A resin molding device includes: a lower mold on which a substrate is placed; an upper mold in which a cavity is formed by a side block and a cavity block provided so as to be capable of ascending and descending vertically with respect to the side block; a clamp mechanism which clamps the lower mold and the upper mold; a transfer mechanism which supplies a resin material to the cavity by a plunger; and a controller which performs first final adjustment control for adjusting a clamp load of the clamp mechanism to a final clamp load after the cavity has been filled with the resin material supplied from the transfer mechanism and which performs second final adjustment control for driving the plunger after the first adjustment control has been completed and thereby adjusting a plunger load applied to the plunger to a final plunger load.
SHAPING MACHINE AND METHOD OF OPERATING A SHAPING MACHINE
A shaping machine includes a stationary first mold mounting plate, a second mold mounting plate movable with respect to the first mold mounting plate, a tubular snorkel fixedly secured to the second mold mounting plate, and an injection unit for plasticizing and injecting a molding material. An abutment is designed so that, in the opened condition of the closing unit, the injection unit can be braced against the abutment, and so that, in a closed condition of the closing unit, the injection unit is freed from the abutment by the force action of the snorkel on the injection unit.
INJECTION MOLD, INJECTION MOLDING METHOD, AND MOLDED ARTICLE
Provided are an injection mold and an injection molding method by which a boundary line between a first material and a second material curved so as to be sharply bent like a round chamfered shape can be formed reliably in a desired position, and a molded article molded using the injection mold and the injection molding method. The sum of a length w of an inclined-part forming part 51a and a length y of a thinned-part forming part 51b in a width direction of a linear part or a width direction of a curved part is at least equal to a prescribed value, and the thinned-part forming part 51b forming the curved part has a second length y longer than a first length in the width direction of the curved part.
Method for producing an electrical line, tool mould for such a method, and line
A process produces an electrical line which extends in the longitudinal direction and the line has a line core and an outer shell. In a continuous shaping process, individual shell portions of the outer shell are formed successively by surrounding the line core with a curable plastic substance. In at least one portion, the outer shell is produced having a cross-sectional geometry which can be varied in the longitudinal direction of the line.

Method for manufacturing resin molded product
Provided is a resin molding apparatus that can suppress a molding problem caused by a variation in a thickness of an object to be molded or suppress a variation in a thickness of a resin molded part, and can perform a mold releasing operation. A resin molding apparatus includes: a molding mold having one mold and the other mold; one mold wedge mechanism; and one mold cavity block driving mechanism. In a state that a height position of one mold cavity block is set using the one mold cavity block driving mechanism and a position in a direction away from the other mold in the one mold cavity block having been moved to the height position is fixed to be limited using the one mold wedge mechanism, a mold releasing operation can be performed using the one mold wedge mechanism and the one mold cavity block driving mechanism.
