Provided is a resin molding apparatus that can reduce a variation in a thickness of a resin to be molded. A resin molding apparatus includes: a molding mold having one mold and the other mold; one mold wedge mechanism; and one mold cavity block driving mechanism. In a state that one mold cavity block is moved to a preset height position using the one mold cavity block driving mechanism and a position in a direction away from the other mold in the one mold cavity block having been moved to the height position is fixed to be limited using the one mold wedge mechanism, a resin is injected into one mold cavity, and thereafter resin molding can be performed by changing a depth of the one mold cavity using the one mold wedge mechanism and the one mold cavity block driving mechanism.

A display cover can include a rectangular body having opposing outer and inner surfaces and an edge that connects the outer and inner surfaces. A central region, widthwise edge regions, and lengthwise edge regions can each define a portion of the outer and inner surfaces, and the edge regions each can extend from the central region to define a portion of the edge. The central region can be planar such that a plane lies between the outer and inner surfaces throughout the central region. Process for producing a molded part
A method of manufacturing a molded part includes inserting melt into a cavity of a first tool part, and the first tool part and a second tool part are moved away from one another during or after the insertion of the melt by moving a second mold clamping plate relative to a first mold clamping plate such that in the first tool part or in the second tool part clearance space of a first or second cavity portion of the cavity is created, and a gap is formed between the first tool part and the second tool part. Melt is further inserted into the clearance space of the cavity, and the gap is bridged by an at least already partially solidified section of the melt. A holding force is transmitted from the second tool part to the first tool part through the partially solidified section of the melt bridging the gap.
Process for producing a molded part
A method of manufacturing a molded part includes inserting melt into a cavity of a first tool part, and the first tool part and a second tool part are moved away from one another during or after the insertion of the melt by moving a second mold clamping plate relative to a first mold clamping plate such that in the first tool part or in the second tool part clearance space of a first or second cavity portion of the cavity is created, and a gap is formed between the first tool part and the second tool part. Melt is further inserted into the clearance space of the cavity, and the gap is bridged by an at least already partially solidified section of the melt. A holding force is transmitted from the second tool part to the first tool part through the partially solidified section of the melt bridging the gap.

A method includes providing a collection of particulate material and forming a first article therefrom. Forming the first article includes forming an outer shell with an outer surface that defines an outer periphery of the first article; forming a relief area of the first article that supports the outer shell, including forming a relief void in the relief area; and collecting a collection of the particulate material within the outer shell during formation of the first article. Moreover, the method includes encasing the first article with an outer member. The outer member defines an internal cavity with an internal surface that corresponds to the outer surface of the outer shell. The method further includes heating, which deforms the first article selectively at the relief void.
INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD
An injection molding apparatus according to an embodiment is configured to mold a thermoplastic resin into a thick-walled component by injection molding. The injection molding apparatus includes a mold having a cavity and a core; and a controller configured to control an operation of the mold. The controller is capable of performing a filling and pressure holding process of filling the thermoplastic resin between the cavity and the core in a state in which a distance between the cavity and the core is increased, and a cooling and solidifying process of cooling and solidifying the filled thermoplastic resin while pressurizing the filled thermoplastic resin by decreasing the distance between the cavity and the core. The controller stacks the thermoplastic resin by performing an operation set including the filling and pressure holding process and the cooling and solidifying process a plurality of times.
