INJECTION UNIT FOR A MOULDING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR INJECTING A PLASTICIZED MASS
An injection unit for a moulding machine includes an injection cylinder, and an injection piston is provided in the injection cylinder. During an injection process, the injection piston is configured to push out a plasticized mass—in particular plasticized plastic—from the injection cylinder and to feed it to a moulding tool via an injection nozzle. At least two plasticizing units and two supply channels are provided, and the at least two plasticizing units can be fluidically connected with the injection nozzle by the supply channels. The at least two plasticizing units are configured to supply the injection cylinder with the plasticized mass via the supply channels and the injection nozzle prior to the injection process.
Extruder
An extruder has a barrel extending from a feed inlet end to an extruder outlet end. The barrel has an inner surface, an outer surface, and a wall thickness between the inner and outer surfaces. The extruder also has at least one heating member positioned provided on the barrel; a screw drive motor drivingly connected to a rotatably mounted screw positioned within the barrel, whereby the screw is rotatable at various revolutions per minute (RPM); and a controller is operably connected to the screw drive motor to adjust the RPM of the screw based upon a temperature of material passing through and/or being extruded from the barrel. Methods for operating an extruder filling a mold are also provided.

INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE, INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS, AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD
An injection molding machine that contributes to improving the quality of a workpiece is provided. An injection molding machine configured to causes torpedo pistons to be slid in one way to thereby plasticize a resin material supplied to a first space of a cylinder, and causes a molten resin to flow into a second space of the cylinder and causes the torpedo pistons to be slid in the other way to thereby inject the molten resin. The injection molding machine includes pressurizing pistons inserted into the torpedo pistons so that the pressurizing pistons can be slid in such a way that an amount of protrusion of the cylinder into the second space of the cylinder with respect to the torpedo pistons is changed, and energizing means for energizing the pressurizing pistons toward the second space of the cylinder.
PLASTICATING AND INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
An injection molding apparatus that employs a stationary plasticating screw relative to feed port, non-reciprocal helical plasticating screw housed within an inner barrel that is coupled to a plunger head assembly, drive housing, motor and injection cylinders that is housed within an outer barrel/pressure vessel that conveys, melts, homogenizes and pumps polymeric plastic material precisely and efficiently along One axis. The helical plasticating screw is fixed in relative position within the inner barrel so that the material feed opening of the inner barrel and helical plasticating screw are aligned to accept pellets, powder or liquid of polymetric substance. The inner barrel is fixed to a plunger head assembly on the distal end that is housed within a pressure vessel with close proximity between the outside diameter of the plunger head and the inside diameter of said pressure vessel that upon screw rotation transfers polymetric material through the center passageway of said plunger head opening a normally closed one-way shut-off mechanism into said pressure vessel precisely for future displacement of polymeric mass into a mold or other. The apparatus and process of feeding, melting and injecting Polymeric material all occurs on one axis.
MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MOLDED PRODUCTS
A manufacturing apparatus includes an injection cylinder to which molten resin is supplied and which is configured to inject the molten resin, and an injection plunger disposed such that the injection plunger fits in the injection cylinder and moves in a first direction and a second direction opposite to the first direction. The injection cylinder includes a base body configured to contain the molten resin, and a sleeve configured to be detachably attached to the base body. The injection plunger is configured to be inserted into an inner portion of the base body through an opening portion formed in the sleeve and slide on the sleeve.
