An actuator (100) for a molding system (900) is disclosed. The actuator (100) includes a linear actuator (102). The linear actuator (102) is configured to move a payload (160) relative to a support structure (170). The linear actuator (102) is connectable to the support structure (170) and the payload (160). The actuator (100) also includes a first compensator (104). The first compensator (104) is configured to compensate for a relative misalignment between the linear actuator (102) and the payload (160). The actuator (100) further includes a second compensator (106). The second compensator (106) is configured to compensate for a relative misalignment between the linear actuator (102) and the support structure (170).

An automatic opening and closing device for a mold assembly includes a base, a pivot seat, a first extensible unit, an upper mold mounting unit, two shafts, a second extensible unit, a left arm and a right arm. The first extensible unit can move the upper mold mounting unit downward to clamp or release the mold, and the second extensible unit is used to move the pivot seat between two positions. When the pivot seat is in a first position, the upper mold mounting unit can be lowered down to secure or release the mold by the first extensible unit, when in the second position, the upper mold mounting unit and the mold can be rotated an angle, to perform opening or closing of the mold assembly.

An injection molding system includes an injection station, a molding device, and a plunger. The injection station includes a platform including an opening and an injector over the platform. The plunger under the platform, wherein the plunger includes a base and a rod extendable through the opening toward the molding device and retractable toward the base. An injection molding method includes conveying a molding device to an injection station and disposing the molding device between an injector and a platform; disposing a plunger under the platform; moving the injector towards the molding device; applying a plunging force on the molding device by extending the rod through the opening; and injecting a molding material into a mold cavity.

An automatic opening and closing device for a mold assembly includes a base, a pivot seat, a first extensible unit, an upper mold mounting unit, two shafts, a second extensible unit, a left arm and a right arm. The safety device for injection molds comprises: a plate (1) attachable to a fixed part of a mold; a base (4) attachable to a movable part of a mold; wherein the base (4) comprises a safety shaft (10) movable between an unmounted position, wherein said safety shaft (10) is housed in a bore (13) of the plate (1), preventing displacement between the plate (1) and the base (4), and an assembled position, in which said safety shaft (10) is located outside the hole (13) of the plate (1), the displacement of the safety shaft (10) being driven by an actuator (7), allowing displacement between the plate (1) and the base (4). It ensures the connection of the two parts of the mold when the mold is not mounted on the injection molding machine.
