In a parting locking device for an injection molding mold assembly, a first engagement element and a first spring are mounted in the base holder. With a locking plate inserted in a plate insertion hole, the first engagement element moves to a locking position where the base holder and a locking member are coupled together. When a locking bar is pulled out of a bar insertion hole, the first engagement element is pushed and moved to an unlocking position where the base holder and the locking member are uncoupled from each other.

First, second, third and fourth side surfaces upstand from said mounting surface, said upper part having first, second, third and fourth side surfaces. Said upper and lower parts are connected by a first bolt having an axis of symmetry defining an axis. A resilient member is arranged in connection with the first bolt between the upper and lower parts concentrically with the bolt's axis. The first bolt has a non-threaded section such that the lower part or upper part may move along the bolt in the direction of the axis.

CLAMPING APPARATUS OF INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A clamping apparatus of an injection molding machine is provided. A first driving device operates a movable platen to perform mold opening/closing. A second driving device applies a clamping force to the movable platen. A screw mechanism converts rotational power of the driving devices into linear power. By contact/separation between a first rotation plate coupled to a screw shaft and a second rotation plate, a power transmission device switches transmission of power from the second driving device to the screw mechanism. At the normal time, an urging mechanism integrally moves the screw shaft and the first rotation plate in a mold closing direction and releases the connection of the second driving device. When the mold closing is completed, the urging mechanism allows the screw shaft and the first rotation plate to integrally move in a mold opening direction, and brings the second driving device into a connected state.
