INJECTION MOLDING METHOD AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A predetermined mold gap is provided beforehand between a movable mold and a stationary mold of a mold by a mold clamping device. A mold clamping pressure is set to zero, and a predetermined back pressure is set for the movable mold. Subsequently, the injection device is caused to start injection of the molten resin into the mold for which the mold gap, the mold clamping pressure, and the back pressure have been set. When a predetermined injection end condition set beforehand is satisfied as a result of progress of an injection filling process, a filling end process of ending the injection filling process is performed.
Injection molding method
A molding injection pressure and a molding clamping force are determined in advance to obtain a parting opening amount, which is a predetermined gap, between a movable mold and a fixed mold of a mold during injection filling. The molding injection pressure and the molding clamping force are determined to obtain a molding injection pressure capable of molding a good product and a mold clamping force capable of molding a good product, respectively, thereby setting a specific molding condition, setting a fast injection speed from the start of injection, which is higher than the injection speed set by the specific molding condition, and setting a fast injection section for continuing the fast injection speed as a fast injection condition, mold-clamping the mold by the molding clamping force during molding, and setting the molding injection pressure to a limit pressure, injecting and filling resin into a mold by the fast injection condition from the start of injection, and injecting and filling resin by the specific molding condition when the fast injection section ends.

The present invention relates to a clamping apparatus of an injection molding machine, comprising: a fixed template; a moving template moving back and forth relative to the fixed template; a plurality of flanges provided with a template fastening hole extending in the horizontal direction so as to be fixed to the fixed template; and a plurality of booster cylinders fixedly mounted on the plurality of flanges and guiding the back and forth movement of the movable template, wherein the fixed template has a plurality of ribs, projecting outward, installed on one surface thereof, each of the plurality of ribs is provided with a seating groove that is depressed inward, and each of the plurality of flanges is disposed in the seating groove to adjust the coupling positions of the plurality of booster cylinders with respect to the fixed template.
CLAMPING APPARATUS OF INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

A shaping machine includes a stationary first mold mounting plate, a second mold mounting plate movable with respect to the first mold mounting plate, a tubular snorkel fixedly secured to the second mold mounting plate, and an injection unit for plasticizing and injecting a molding material. An abutment is designed so that, in the opened condition of the closing unit, the injection unit can be braced against the abutment, and so that, in a closed condition of the closing unit, the injection unit is freed from the abutment by the force action of the snorkel on the injection unit.
SHAPING MACHINE AND METHOD OF OPERATING A SHAPING MACHINE
A shaping machine includes a stationary first mold mounting plate, a second mold mounting plate movable with respect to the first mold mounting plate, a tubular snorkel fixedly secured to the second mold mounting plate, and an injection unit for plasticizing and injecting a molding material. An abutment is designed so that, in the opened condition of the closing unit, the injection unit can be braced against the abutment, and so that, in a closed condition of the closing unit, the injection unit is freed from the abutment by the force action of the snorkel on the injection unit.
MOLD-CLAMPING MACHINE
A mold-clamping machine includes a pressure receiving mount, a turn table mounted on the pressure receiving mount so as to be freely turnable, a movable mount placed at a position higher than the turn table, tie bars attached to and extending downwardly from the movable mount, and which pass completely through the pressure receiving mount and a traction mount. The mold-clamping machine clamps a metal mold by moving down the traction mount with reference to the pressure receiving mount. Each of the tie bars is freely movable up and down by each of first to third cylindrical guides provided at the pressure receiving mount. The second cylindrical guide and the third cylindrical guide each include a rectangular flange portion fastened to the pressure receiving mount, and respective attachment attitudes of the second cylindrical guide and the third cylindrical guide are adjustable.

The injection module may include all of parts that come in contact with the material between the material source and the mold. The injection module may include a valve arrangement movable between a fill position to load the injection module with material and an inject position to eject material from the injection module into the mold. The actuators for the injection module may be supported on the machine rather than the injection module. The clamping system may include a platen linear actuator to open and close the mold, and a hydraulic clamping system to apply clamping force to the closed mold. The hydraulic clamping system may include a free-float valve manifold assembly that selectively places the hydraulic cylinders in free-float mode.
