PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING SEALED AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL FUSE BOX
A fuse assembly including a fuse connected to two busbars, an injection molded base and an injection molded cover. The busbars are powder-coating with a powder-based adhesive or adhesion promoter, then cured in an oven. The busbars are then placed in the cavity image of an injection molding apparatus. Plastic is heated to a liquid form and injected into the cavity image. The resulting injection molded base is resistant to both dust and water, protecting the fuse inside.

The first mold is conveyed by a first conveyance apparatus which is arranged on one lateral side of the machine. The second mold is conveyed by a second conveyance apparatus which is arranged on the other lateral side and is independently driven from the first conveyance apparatus.

The method comprises performing an injection moulding operation comprising: injecting moulding material through the at least one inlet to substantially fill the moulding cavity with moulding material; and effecting hardening of the moulding material within the vessel (102). The method comprises removing the printing cylinder (103). At least part of the injection moulding operation is performed in the presence of an active pressure being applied to the moulding cavity.

A method for manufacturing a resin container includes: injection-molding a first layer of a bottomed cylindrical preform from a first resin material as a first injection-molding; accommodating the first layer manufactured in the first injection-molding in a temperature adjustment mold, adjusting a temperature of the first layer, and forming an opening portion in a bottom portion of the first layer; injecting a second resin material from the opening portion to an inner peripheral side of the first layer to laminate a second layer on the inner peripheral side of the first layer, as a second injection-molding; and blow-molding a multilayer preform obtained in the second injection-molding-step in a state where the multilayer preform includes residual heat from the injection molding to manufacture the resin container.

CASTING MOLD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A CASTING HAVING A FRONT AND A BACK FROM A HARDENABLE CASTING COMPOUND
A casting mold for producing a casting having a front side and a rear side from a curable casting compound, including at least a first mold part shaping the front side and a second mold part shaping the rear side, the mold parts together delimiting a casting cavity. The first mold part has a first metal layer delimiting the casting cavity and the second mold part has a second metal layer delimiting the casting cavity. The two metal layers overlap in the region of their peripheries and at least the first metal layer is heatable by way of an assigned heating device. An insulation element is arranged on the metal layer of the first or of the second mold part in a peripherally encircling manner. The insulation element in the closed position bears peripherally against the other metal layer and thermally separates the two metal layers, which do not come into contact with one another, from one another.
