Defecation alert system and related control system and process
The defecation control system process disclosed herein includes activating a communication circuit of at least one ingestible tracker having a size and shape for travel to a rectum of a host and a transmission circuit of a monitor fixable to the host at a substantially constant distance relative to the rectum, generating at least one tracking distance based at least in part on communication between the communication circuit of the ingestible tracker and the transmission circuit of the monitor, comparing the tracking distance to a predetermined trigger distance stored in a database, and activating an electronic accessory when the tracking distance is within a predetermined threshold of the trigger distance.

Animal watering device
An animal watering device includes a trough for holding water, a water conduit system in fluid communication with the trough and arranged to be connected to a water supply, an electric power consuming water level control system including a controller and at least one water level sensor arranged to sense a water level in the trough, and an electric power unit is provided. The electric power unit includes an electric generator and an electrically chargeable unit. The water level control system is connected to the electrically chargeable unit. The electric generator is connected to the water conduit system. The electric generator is arranged to be driven by water from the water supply and to charge the electrically chargeable unit.

ANIMAL SHED, COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE FEEDING DEVICE AND AT LEAST ONE SEPARATE WATERING DEVICE
An animal shed for accommodating a number of dairy animals includes at least one feeding device for providing feed to the dairy animals; a controller configured to determine the identity of an individual dairy animal at the feeding device and a dose and/or composition of the feed to be provided to the dairy animal by the feeding device; at least one separate watering device for providing drinking water to the dairy animals; and a supply for supplying concentrated feed to the drinking water to be provided to the dairy animals by the watering device. The controller is further configured to determine the identity of an individual dairy animal at the watering device and a dose and/or composition of the concentrated feed to be supplied to the drinking water for the dairy animal.

Livestock management
Livestock may be managed by a variety of systems, processes, and techniques. In particular implementations, the properties of water may be monitored by automated techniques and treated water may be provided to animals. In certain implementations, sick, or potentially sick, livestock may be provided with treated water to improve their health. The automated techniques may include monitoring the movements and/or water consumption of the livestock and predicting which ones may be sick based on their movements and/or water consumption. In some implementations, a water trough may contain multiple segments. The water properties in the segments may be maintained at different states.

Self-filling and self-cleaning pet bowl
A pet drinking bowl, particularly a self-filling and self-cleaning pet drinking bowl with a sealing door, a removable drinking bowl, and at least one removable cleaning or filling nozzles aligned around and above the removable drinking bowl, is disclosed. Alternate versions may have removable cleaning or filling nozzles in the sealing lid. The pet drinking bowl is filled by water pressure from a residential water circuit distributed by a series of solenoid valves and is drained via a pump plumbed to the residential drain line. The pump drains the pet drinking bowl by a multi-stage drain with at least two settings: partially open and fully open.
