The invention relates to a fastener (6) for a rod belt comprising one or more rods (3), including: a support area (7) extending in a longitudinal direction (L) having a support side (7a) lying underneath, at least one intermediate area (8) made as one piece with the support area (7), and a fastening area (9) projecting away from the intermediate area (8) in the longitudinal direction (L), said fastening area (9) being formed by at least one socket (11) having an insertion opening (13) extending in the longitudinal direction (L) across an insertion depth (ET), for inserting a rod end (3a) of the rod (3).

The invention for the intermediate area (8) to be shaped non-circular in cross-section and/or eccentrically fitted onto the support area (7) and to be angled downwards in the vertical direction (V) starting from the support area (7) so that a lateral surface (8a) of the intermediate area (8), which is facing away from the support area (7), faces in the longitudinal direction (L), the socket (11) projecting away from this lateral surface (8a) in the longitudinal direction (L) and the insertion opening (13) in the at least one socket (11) running below the support side (7a) of the support area (7).

BELTED CHAIN CONNECTION SYSTEM
20180020613 · 2018-01-25 · ·

A belted chain connection system includes first and second flexible belt portions, each flexible belt portion having first and second ends with integral lugs extending therefrom. A non-circular aperture extends transversely through the integral lugs, and a reinforcing ply is embedded within each flexible belt portion, the reinforcing ply having a continuous portion substantially circumscribing the non-circular aperture in each lug. A non-circular pin is configured to extend transversely through aligned non-circular apertures of the lugs of the first and second ends of adjacent belt segments, to non-rotatably connect the adjacent belt segments.

Rod belt for a rod belt conveyor for agricultural machinery
09856086 · 2018-01-02 · ·

A rod belt for rod belt conveyors of agricultural machinery, having rods situated transversely with respect to the running direction and in parallel to one another, the rods having flattened, perforated fastening areas with which they rest on tensile stress-resistant, continuous elastic belts revolving in parallel to one another, and are connected to the belts by rivets or similar fasteners which pass through the fastening areas and the belts. Thus, a rod belt is provided for rod belt conveying, which allows fastening of functional elements while avoiding the disadvantages stated for the prior art. This is achieved in that in the installed state of the rods, the fastening areas protrude beyond the inner edges of the belts with an overhang area, and have at least one hole in the overhang area for fastening a functional element of the rod belt.

CAMBELT, IN PARTICULAR A CAMBELT SUITABLE FOR AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY
20170113876 · 2017-04-27 ·

Cam belt, particularly for agricultural machinery, produced from a polymer provided with reinforcement inserts, has cams on the inner side of the cam belt that are used to drive cam belt. A first flank faces in the running direction of cam belt and a second flank faces in opposite direction. Cams are spaced apart from one another by gaps in a predefined division, and gaps are delimited by first flank and second flank of two adjoining cams and a base which connects two flanks. During operation of cam belt carrier of a cam wheel resting against second flank of one of adjoining cams and against the base of a gap engage with the gaps. On outer side of belt, functional elements are fixed by a fastener which from inner side of the belt passes through the cam belt and the functional elements via at least one through hole.

A rod belt for agricultural machines includes at least three belts, fasteners, and rods. The at least three belts are pull-resistant, elastic, and continuous, and run parallel to one another. The at least three belts each extend in a direction of movement. The fasteners are connected to the belts. The rods are arranged perpendicular to the direction of movement and are parallel to one another.

Attachment piece, rod assembly and rod band

A fastener for a rod belt having one or more rods includes a support area, at least one intermediate area, and a fastening area. The support area extends in a longitudinal direction and includes a support side. The at least one intermediate area and the support area are made as one piece. The fastening area projects away from the intermediate area in the longitudinal direction.

Apparatus for cleaning narrow root crops, a corresponding cleaning apparatus, a harvesting and cleaning machine and a method

Apparatus for cleaning narrow root crops including a roller device with two rotatable rollers forming a separating crop inlet, a separating track, a coarse material outlet, a fine material outlet, and a roller gap, and a conveyor downstream of the roller device. The separating track is formed by the top of the rollers and the fine material outlet is located below the roller gap. The coarse material outlet is at the end of the separating track opposite the separating material inlet. The roller gap is large enough to allow the narrow root crops to pass through to the fine crop outlet and small enough to retain coarse material that has a minimum dimension greater than the maximum root diameter, and transport it to the coarse material outlet. The conveyor is below the roller gap at the fine material outlet and receives all narrow root crops passing through the roller gap.
