An example material feed system includes a material container configured to contain a composite material and a material feed actuator. The material feed system also includes a nozzle coupled to the material container and a workpiece sensor configured to provide information about a workpiece. The material feed system also includes a controller. The controller is configured to receive, from the workpiece sensor, workpiece information. The workpiece information is indicative of at least one surface of the workpiece. The controller is also configured to, based on the workpiece information, cause the material feed actuator to apply a force to the composite material contained in the material container so as to extrude at least a portion of the composite material out of the nozzle and onto a surface of the workpiece.

The workpiece information is indicative of at least one surface of the workpiece. The controller is also configured to, based on the workpiece information, cause the material feed actuator to apply a force to the composite material contained in the material container so as to extrude at least a portion of the composite material out of the nozzle and onto a surface of the workpiece.

A process for producing tyres including building a green tyre having two bead structures. Each bead structure includes a bead filler. The bead filler or another rigid component of the green tyre includes a final elastomeric compound produced by the following: feeding elastomeric polymer and reinforcement filler to a first batch mixing device; mixing and dispersing the reinforcement filler in the elastomeric polymer and unloading the obtained elastomeric compound; feeding the obtained elastomeric compound, along with at least 5 phr of reinforcement resin, to a continuous mixing device of intermeshing and co-rotating twin-screw or multi-screw type or of planetary type; mixing the reinforcement resin in the elastomeric compound and unloading the obtained elastomeric compound; and feeding the obtained elastomeric compound along with the components capable of facilitating the cross-linking to a second batch mixing device and mixing to obtain the final elastomeric compound. The first and second batch mixing device have two counterrotating rotors.
HALOGEN-FREE MODIFIED HIGH-FILLING RECYCLABLE PLASTIC BOARD AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
A halogen-free modified high-filling recyclable plastic board is provided in this disclosure, which includes a substrate layer and a printed layer and a protective layer disposed sequentially on the substrate layer from bottom to top. Raw materials of the substrate layer include, by weight in percent, 20 to 25% of PEAT resin, 70 to 75% of stone powder, 0.5 to 0.8% of chain extender, 1 to 2% of white mineral oil, 3 to 6% PE, and 0.4 to 0.8% stearic acid. The plastic board according to the present disclosure is formed using a hot press process, without glue bonding and with good integrity; and the manufactured board is large in surface tension, its surface is easy to be processed and a substrate layer thereof has good compatibility with a printed layer and a protective layer, which can be recycled as a whole.

The present invention aims to provide an ETFE film having excellent transparency and heat resistance and cost efficiency. The present invention relates to a film including a copolymer containing an ethylene unit, a tetrafluoroethylene unit, and a (fluoroalkyl)ethylene unit represented by Formula (1):

wherein X represents H or F, and Rf represents a fluoroalkyl group having 2 or more carbon atoms, the copolymer containing the (fluoroalkyl)ethylene unit in an amount of 0.8 to 2.5 mol % relative to the amount of all the monomer units and containing the ethylene unit and the tetrafluoroethylene unit at a molar ratio of 30.0/70.0 to 50.0/50.0, the film having a crystallinity of 68% or less, the crystallinity being calculated on the basis of a diffraction intensity curve of the film resulting from X-ray diffraction measurement.
