Tire manufacturing method and tire
A tire having a rubber assembly including a first rubber member, a second rubber member, and a third rubber member which are arranged in series in the cross-section including the tire rotational axis. The method includes: extruding the unvulcanized rubber assembly as two separate parts which are a first extrusion rubber portion and a second extrusion rubber portion divided at a division surface passing through the unvulcanized first rubber member; winding the first extrusion rubber portion into a base annular body; and forming the unvulcanized rubber assembly by winding the second extrusion rubber portion so that only the first rubber member included in the second extrusion rubber portion overlaps with the first rubber member included in the base annular body.
PROCESS, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR CREATING EXTRUDED MATERIAL HAVING COLOR EFFECTS AND PRODUCTS MADE WITH EXTRUDED MATERIAL CREATED WITH SAME
A process and associated system for creating color effects using extrudable material, such as plastic and metal for example, are presented. Flows of first and second viscous materials of respective colors are provided and then combined in a predetermined pattern to form a stream of combined viscous material. A dynamic mixer is the then used to apply a predetermined dividing, overturning and combining motion to the stream of combined viscous material to partially mix the first viscous material and the second viscous material, such that upon exiting the dynamic mixer, the first material of the first color and the second material of the second color form a color pattern in the stream of combined viscous material. The dynamic mixer has elements configured for acquiring a specific radial orientation in a range of radial orientations that may be varied during the application of the dividing, overturning and combining motion to the stream of combined viscous material to cause variations in the color pattern in the stream of combined viscous material. Sheets of extruded material may be created using such process and system and used in the manufacturing of many different products including, but not limited to, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, garden furniture and many others. In some embodiments, the sheets may be characterized by color bands extending diagonally with reference to a longitudinal extent of the sheet.
PROCESS, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR CREATING EXTRUDED MATERIAL HAVING COLOR EFFECTS AND PRODUCTS MADE WITH EXTRUDED MATERIAL CREATED WITH SAME

In some embodiments, the sheets may be characterized by color bands extending diagonally with reference to a longitudinal extent of the sheet.
Polyester-Based Sealant Film
Provided is a polyester-based sealant film having highly excellent heat seal strength and excellent recyclability. A polyester-based sealant film of a first aspect of the present invention is a laminated film composed of at least two layers and having a sealing layer and an outermost layer, in which the sealing layer includes a copolymerized polyester formed from a copolymer of terephthalic acid as well as another dicarboxylic acid component and a diol component, the outermost layer includes homopolyethylene terephthalate as a main component, the laminated film has a lamination configuration in which a content proportion (mol %) of the other dicarboxylic acid component in each layer decreases from the sealing layer toward the outermost layer, and a heat seal strength obtainable when the sealing layers of the laminated films are sealed at 0.2 MPa for 1 second in the range of 140° C. to 220° C. is 25 N/15 mm or higher.
Biodegradable tensioning film and fabrication processes for making same
A multilayer co-extruded film includes an inner layer positioned at a first surface of the multi-layer film that is intended to be oriented toward an object being wrapped with the film; an outer layer positioned opposite the inner layer at a second surface of the multi-layer film that is intended to be oriented away from the object being wrapped with the film; and at least one core layer positioned between the inner layer and the outer layer. A method for making a biodegradable tensioning film that is composed of an inner layer, an outer layer and one or more core layer positioned therebetween includes extruding a three-layer film on a three-layer extruder. Each of the inner layer, the outer layer and the one or more core layer is primarily composed of a polymeric material that is biodegradable and compostable.
METHOD FOR CHANGING THE MATERIAL IN AN EXTRUSION DEVICE
The present invention relates to a method for changing material in an extrusion device comprising at least two supply devices for supplying feedstock for an extruder, comprising the following steps: identifying a change request for changing the material in the extrusion device, preparing the supply devices for changing the material, separating at least two supply devices from the feed of feedstock to the extruder, discharging feedstock from the separated supply devices, filling subsequent material into the empty supply devices.
FOAMED FLOOR WITH WOOD TEXTURE
The disclosure relates to a foamed floor with wood texture. It belongs to the technical field of co-extruded foam plate. It includes a foam matrix and a hard surface layer including (a) and (b); (a): a first exposed surface, a connecting substrate and a base layer formed by the first color resin; (b): a second exposed surface and a connecting substrate formed by the second color resin. The first exposed surface is composed of a plurality of exposed units, and the second exposed surface is composed of a plurality of sunken units. The exposed units and the sunken units are arranged alternately. A connecting unit is arranged between the adjacent exposed unit and the sunken unit, and it's composed of the connecting substrate and a connecting profile. The disclosure uses resin as a material, is based on two surface layers, and realizes the realistic effect of wood texture through some levels of expressions such as three-dimensional (depth of texture), color difference, brightness etc. It can also realize a variety of wood textures by adjusting the three-dimensional, chromatic aberration, and brightness.
FOAMED FLOOR WITH WOOD TEXTURE
The disclosure relates to a foamed floor with wood texture. It belongs to the technical field of co-extruded foam plate. It includes a foam matrix and a hard surface layer including (a) and (b); (a): a first exposed surface, a connecting substrate and a base layer formed by the first color resin; (b): a second exposed surface and a connecting substrate formed by the second color resin. The first exposed surface is composed of a plurality of exposed units, and the second exposed surface is composed of a plurality of sunken units. The exposed units and the sunken units are arranged alternately. A connecting unit is arranged between the adjacent exposed unit and the sunken unit, and it's composed of the connecting substrate and a connecting profile. The disclosure uses resin as a material, is based on two surface layers, and realizes the realistic effect of wood texture through some levels of expressions such as three-dimensional (depth of texture), color difference, brightness etc. It can also realize a variety of wood textures by adjusting the three-dimensional, chromatic aberration, and brightness.
FLEXIBLE TUBE PRODUCTION APPARATUS
Provided is a flexible tube production apparatus capable of shortening the length of a resin layer in which the mixing ratio between two kinds of resins changes. The flexible tube production apparatus includes: two extruders extruding resins different from each other; two valves provided corresponding to the two extruders, respectively; a kneading mechanism kneading the resins supplied from the two extruders via the two valves; a die extruding the resins kneaded by the kneading mechanism; and a control device controlling the two valves to switch from a first state where one extruder and the kneading mechanism communicate with each other and communication between the other extruder and the kneading mechanism is cut off, to a second state where the other extruder and the kneading mechanism communicate with each other and communication between the one extruder and the kneading mechanism is cut off, when the flexible tube is extruded.
