METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A RESIN-LAMINATED BOARD
A method of manufacturing a resin-laminated board by preparing a pair of first and second split molds each of which is provided with a cavity; positioning two sheet materials made of a thermoplastic resin between the first and second split molds with the cavities of the first and second split molds opposed to each other; forming a plurality of recesses by recessing a first sheet material toward a second sheet material with use of a plurality of protrusions provided to the first split mold; and welding bottoms of the recesses to the second sheet material by clamping the pair of first and second split molds to obtain a resin-laminated board with a hollow structure. A mold includes a plurality of piece members, disposed at the cavity of the first split mold; and includes the protrusions and male screws provided to base ends of the protrusions.

Blow molding techniques
In blow mold apparatus, the emergence of a parison from an extruder may be controlled (the parison supported), such as by pulling on the parison or resisting gravity pull to tailor parison wall thickness, overall and locally. The process may proceed discontinuously, such as by stopping extrusion before a parison has achieved its full desired length and continuing pulling. After molding the parison, it may be filled with a material (solid, liquid or gas). A subsequent parison may be molded onto a previously formed parison. Various elements or devices (such as needles, caps, stoppers, valves, plungers) may be incorporated into the part during the molding process.
Single-point supportive monocoque ambulation aid
Example ambulation aid apparatus and associated methods of manufacture are disclosed and described herein. An example single-point supportive ambulation aid is formed as an integral part. The integral part of the example ambulation aid is formed to integrate: a body portion formed to support a user; a graspable area integrated with the body portion and providing an area to be gripped by a user; and a foot portion integrated with the body portion and providing a single point of contact with a walking surface to facilitate user movement and support in conjunction with the body portion and graspable area through the integral part.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A PRESSURE ACCUMULATOR
A method for manufacturing a vehicle pressure accumulator, in which a thermoplastic parison is used to form an enclosure around a chamber by applying at least one portion, at least partially molten, of the parison onto at least one portion of the chamber, to attach the parison to the chamber.
EXTRUSION-BLOW-MOLDED PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH UNDERCUT NECK AND METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION
An extrusion-blow-molded plastic container has a container body closed with a bottom and a neck with a pour opening. An inside wall of the container neck has at least one calibrated structuring, extending at least in places over a periphery of the inside wall. The calibrated structuring is limited in the direction of the container body by a material accumulation shaped as a collar extending at least partially along the periphery of the inside wall and essentially crosswise to a center axis of the neck.
HOLLOW MOLDED ARTICLE
Disclosed is a hollow molded article which has an opening portion communicating with a flow channel and which can be manufactured simply. The hollow molded article includes a panel and flow channels. The panel includes a first resin sheet and a second resin sheet partly welded with the first resin sheet. The flow channels are disposed between the first resin sheet and the second resin sheet, and include connection portions for external connection which are disposed on a peripheral edge of the panel. The connection portions are formed by the first resin sheet and the second resin sheet.
Plastic container comprising a pouring element
The invention relates to a plastic container (11) comprising a blow-molded container part for receiving a filling product, comprising a container body and a container neck, wherein the container neck (17) comprises an inner wall (21) and an outer wall (23), a pouring element (25) that can be mounted on the container neck (17) and comprises a pouring opening (27), and a closure (29) by means of which the plastic container (11) can be closed. A first and second holding means (31, 45) are formed on the inner wall (21) of the container neck (17), wherein the first holding means (31) is formed so as to hold the pouring element (25) in the container neck (17) and the second holding means (45) is formed so as to hold the closure (29) in the container neck (17).
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BLOW MOLDING PLATE COMPONENTS FOR ARTICLES OF FOOTWEAR
A blow molding system comprising an extrusion system including at least one extruder configured to extrude a parison having an interior cavity, a blow pin configured to extend into the interior cavity of the parison extruded from the extrusion system, and a mold assembly defining a mold chamber configured to receive the parison, the mold assembly including a plurality of mold cavities each facing the mold chamber and defining a profile of a sole component of an article of footwear. A method comprising the blow molding system forms a plurality of sole plates for an article of footwear.
BLOW MOLDED ARTICLE OF MANUFACTURE AND METHODS OF FORMING THE SAME
A blow molded article of manufacture includes first and second battery enclosures each having respective first and second laterally outward extending flanges, and a parison made of a polymeric material. The first and second battery enclosure components are disposed facing each other and with their respective first and second laterally outward extending flanges registered with each other and spaced apart from each other by an offset. The parison is sandwiched between and connects together the first and second battery enclosure components, such that the parison conforms with interior surfaces of the battery enclosure components and with the parison substantially filling the offset. The article of manufacture may be cut along a cut line through the parison and within the offset around an outer perimeter of the article of manufacture, thereby separating the article of manufacture into first and second battery enclosure assemblies. Methods of formation are also disclosed.
