A forming mold is used when forming a preform, which has a neck portion and a barrel portion, and whose barrel portion is filled with a molding material over the entire axial direction thereof, by injection molding; forming a space part in the barrel portion of the preform to convert the preform into an intermediate molded product; and blow-molding the intermediate molded product to form a hollow container which is a final molded product. The forming mold is equipped with a boring rod which is inserted from the neck portion side into the barrel portion of the preform to form the space part of at least a predetermined depth in the barrel portion.

A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container including an injection molding part configured to injection-mold a preform, and a temperature adjustment part configured to adjust a temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part. The manufacturing apparatus is configured to blow-mold the preform whose temperature has been adjusted in the temperature adjustment part. A blow molding apparatus includes: an injection molding section for injection molding a plurality of preforms at a time; a cooling section for cooling the preforms; a heating section for heating the preforms while continuously transporting them along a transport line; and a blow molding section for blow molding the preforms to form hollow containers. The blow molding section includes a primary blow molding section which is equipped with a heat-treating blow mold and blow molds the preforms moved from the transport line into the heat-treating blow mold to form intermediate molded products, and a secondary blow molding section which is equipped with a final blow mold and blow molds the intermediate molded products moved from the heat-treating blow mold into the final blow mold to form the hollow containers.

A hollow container manufacturing method comprises: an injection molding step of forming a preform having a neck portion and a barrel portion, at least a part of the barrel portion being solid, by injection molding; an intermediate product formation step of inserting a boring rod 134 from the neck portion side into the barrel portion 23 to form a space part of at least a predetermined depth in the barrel portion, thereby converting the preform into an intermediate molded product; and a final blow molding step of blow-molding the intermediate molded product within a final blow mold to form a hollow container which is a final molded product.

A method for producing a blow-molded article, the method comprising: a step of producing a preform from a resin mixture comprising at least a wax, a thermoplastic polyester and a carbodiimide compound; and a step of blow-molding the preform to produce a blow-molded article.
