Bottling line and method
A continuous cycle bottling line (1) for containers of thermoplastic material, comprises: a parison (4) moulding unit (3), a thermal conditioning unit (6) for the parisons (4); a blow-moulding unit (10); a filling unit (12) configured to receive the blow-moulded containers (11) from the blow-moulding unit (10) and to fill them with liquid or semi-liquid food products; a moulding unit (13) for making caps (14) of plastic material; a capping unit (15); a storage system (2) which is configured to contain the parisons (4) and the caps (14), which is interconnected with the units making up the line, and which defines inside it a controlled-atmosphere environment; the line defines an integrated system where the connections of the different units with each other and with the storage system (2) are located in a controlled-atmosphere environment.

The present invention relates to a movement system of containers to and from operating units, in particular blowing units for bottles made of plastic material or filling units. In particular, the invention relates to a movement system of containers to and from a processing unit of said containers, comprising: a rotating carousel, at the perimeter of which a plurality of said processing units are arranged; a distribution unit (3) of said containers, comprising at least one distribution star (107) placed substantially at a tangent to said carousel and rotating in synchrony, but in the opposite direction to said carousel,
characterized in that said distribution unit (3) comprises a plurality of upper clamps (13) for transferring a container to a respective processing unit and a plurality of lower clamps (14) for transferring a container from said processing unit to said distribution unit (3),
and in that said processing unit comprises a clamp, which is movable between an upper position, at the level of said upper clamps (13) of the distribution unit (3), for the gripping of a container by a respective upper clamp (13) of the distribution unit (3), and a lower position, at the level of said lower clamps (14) of the distribution unit (3), for transferring said container to said processing unit.
Z MODULE
An apparatus for treating plastic containers includes a transport device which transports the plastic containers along a predetermined transport path, a blow module which has a blow molding machine for shaping plastic preforms into plastic containers, and a filler module which has a filling device for filling plastic containers with an, in particular, liquid product. The blow module and the filler module are arranged directly adjacent to one another, wherein the blow module has a transport starwheel on the outlet side, which transport starwheel is designed as a pitch varying starwheel and the plastic containers can be transferred directly from the pitch varying starwheel of the blow module to the filler module.
INJECTION STRETCH BLOW MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOLLOW MOLDED BODY
Fixation of a container shape of a hollow molded body is not completed during a blow molding process but is completed during an ejection process of an ejection section, thereby shortening an operation time in a stretch blow molding section, and improving the production efficiency of hollow molded bodies by shortening the time required for the blow molding process during a molding cycle.
Cooling air is blown into the inside of the hollow molded body disposed in the ejection section in the ejection process C during the blow molding process B in the next molding cycle to cool the hollow molded body disposed in the ejection section to solidify the container shape.
FLUID CHANNEL
A fluid channel of a container processing system for processing containers, such as bottles, is described, the container processing system comprising a blow molding machine and a container processing machine arranged downstream of the blow molding machine in the process direction. The fluid channel is arranged downstream of the blow molding machine and upstream of the downstream container treatment machine in the process direction and comprises at least one component, through which the fluid can flow and which comprises at least one outlet opening through which the fluid can escape from the fluid channel in the direction of a bottom of a container transported in the process direction. The component is produced by a generative manufacturing method.
LIGHTWEIGHT POLYMERIC CONTAINER FINISH
A polymeric container including a base, a body, a finish, finish threads, and a tamper lip. The finish threads are at an outer surface of the finish, and are configured to cooperate with closure threads of a closure to secure the closure to the finish. The tamper lip extends from the outer surface of the finish, and is configured to replace the support flange during handling, and to cooperate with a tamper band of the closure. A recess is below the tamper lip. The recess retains the tamper band below the tamper lip when the closure is removed from cooperation with the finish. A gripper groove between the finish threads, the gripper groove configured to cooperate with a gripper for grasping the finish.
BLOW MOLDING MACHINE SUITABLE FOR MANUFACTURING A BOTTLE HAVING A HANDLE AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME
A blow molding machine suitable for manufacturing the bottle having the handle and a method for using the same, wherein each of the preform holders has a local temperature regulating device, the local temperature regulating devices are disposed around the handle portion, the rotary joint supplies liquid or gas continuously to the local temperature regulating devices of the preform holders to perform continuous temperature regulation for the handle portion, thereby overcoming the problem that the temperature needs to be immediately cooled after the injection molding, and temperature of the body portion can be maintained, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption.
Molding unit for containers, equipped with a boxing device with improved compactness
Disclosed is a molding unit for the forming of a container provided with a hollow recess toward the interior of the container, including: a mold provided with a lateral wall defining a cavity having the impression of at least one portion of the container, provided with a housing formed hollow in a protrusion forming a projection toward the interior of the cavity and opening into the cavity; and a boxing device having an insert mounted in translation relative to the lateral wall between a retracted position in which the insert is retracted in the housing, and a deployed position in which the insert projects outside of the housing, a projection whose transverse extension is less than or equal to 85% of the cumulative transverse extension of the protrusion and of the insert.
